ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

While our game explores themes of a very dark disposition future for humanity we would like to do our best to refrain from shaping our current world into that reality. ;)

Our printing partners at WJPC are very proud to use extensive green printing practices!

They use eco-friendly ink and soy ink. All of their offset inks, electronic inks, UV inks, etc. are sourced from suppliers with environmental certifications. These inks not only have superior printing results but are also very friendly to the environment.

They print on eco-friendly & renewable paper and reduce the use of plastic in their packaging. All packaging materials are also recyclable.

Forest Stewardship Council is the world’s most trusted organization in this field. FSC certification ensures that the wood materials used in products do not come from deforestation, but from forests certified by FSC, thus promoting environmental protection, creating social benefits and realizing economic systems.

They support FSC certified eco-paper, whose raw materials are highly regulated by FSC and are superior to ordinary paper, both from the perspective of environmental protection and printing quality.

WJPC also holds a Forest Stewardship Council forest certification. This certification can demonstrate that the unit meets the requirements for sustainable management.

REFUND POLICY

Since we are going into bulk production with our printers shortly after the end of the Kickstarter, refunds will not be possible.

If, for any reason, we are unable to produce the game, we will provide a full refund to every backer. If a component cannot be delivered at all, it will be refunded, including fees.

TERMS OF USE

By taking part in this project, you accept that the final appearance, the different components, and the content of the rewards (and the project itself) may be modified and can be significantly different from the products presented on this Kickstarter project page.

SURVEY EMAIL

Once the Kickstarter campaign has ended, we'll send you an email using the email address you have registered on Kickstarter, to confirm your address for shipping. This will also be the moment when you can choose your desired Starter kits and playmat shipping options. If we don't get a response to this email, we will select the default starter kit of Hackers/Cybernetic for your pledge package and ship your playmat along with the rest of your order. You have 1 month after the initial email is sent to fill out the survey. If the email registered on Kickstarter no longer exists, is incorrect, or if we receive non-delivery of the email, we will select the default starter kit for you and ship it to the address provided on kickstarter. 

If, on receipt of your pledge, you find that something is missing or damaged, our customer service team will do their best to provide replacement parts and rectify any issues. Please email our support at: info@neuroscapetcg.com

Note: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, loss, or any other event that is not a manufacturing defect.
