1. Terms of Use

The Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Hive platform, including:

• User eligibility and account responsibilities
• Payments and remittances
• Creator and backer obligations
• Compliance with sanctions and anti-money laundering laws
• Dispute resolution and arbitration (for U.S. users)
• Limitation of liability and indemnification

All users of the Hive platform are required to agree to the Terms of Use.

2. Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy explains how Hive collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Services.

It includes information about:

• The categories of personal information we collect
• How and why we process personal data
• International data transfers
• Data retention periods
• Your privacy rights under applicable laws

All users should review the Privacy Policy carefully.

3. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

The Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies to creators who use Hive to process personal data on behalf of their backers.

The DPA:

• Defines the roles of creators (Data Controllers) and Hive (Data Processor)
• Sets out GDPR-compliant data protection obligations
• Describes security measures and subprocessor use
• Addresses international data transfers

For creators, the DPA is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use and forms part of the binding agreement between the creator and Hive.
