We (the Hive) provide only Pledge Manager services to the creators. For security reasons we do not have access to their pledges and are not allowed to make changes to any of your information.
If you need to make changes to your pledge, request a replacement, report a missing item or have questions about it, then please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Account
Step 3: Find your pledge and click the button "View Details"
Step 4: Inside your pledge information, scroll down to the "Customer Support" section and use the relevant button to submit your request to the creator.
You will be able to monitor the status of your request through our system, and you will be notified immediately via email for every change.
