Hi festival-goer,

The Pledge Manager is now close, and we are not accepting any further address changes, but you know what that mean. This means that we are getting closer to the fulfillment!

The US just received the games, and the UK hub is still waiting for the games, but we still estimate shipping will start later this month from both hubs. We are so close!

Events in Mexico - Pick up your game!

The Mexican backers can get excited now, because this week we plan to receive the games in Mexico City! As we are eager for you to get your games, we are planning events on the stores so you can pick up your games! Your game will be available starting on the day of the event, although you can collect it later. Be part of our tour! You can be the one of the first to play Fest Season, get the promotional tiles and even purchase exclusive merch!

To pick up your order, you need to show an ID matching the name on the order. If someone else is going to pick the game in your behalf, email crowdfunding@greenastragames.com with the name of the person so we can add the name to the order and allow that person to collect it.

Shipping from Mexico hub will start next week

Don’t worry, if you selected the game to be shipped to an address, you will not have to wait a lot. We plan to ship the orders next week, and you will get a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

The news this week were mainly for the Mexican backers, but we will soon have news about the translations to German and French, and hopefully a closer estimate for the shipments from the US and UK hub.

El Pledge Manager está cerrado y ya no estamos aceptando cambios de direcciones, pero ya sabes lo que eso significa… ¡Estamos cada vez más cerca de la entrega de los juegos!

El centro de distribución de EE. UU. acaba de recibir los juegos, y el centro de distribución del Reino Unido sigue esperándolos, pero estimamos que los envíos comiencen a finales de este mes en ambos. ¡Estamos muy cerca!

Eventos en México - ¡Recoge tu juego!

¡Lxs mexicanxs ya pueden emocionarse! Esta semana recibiremos los juegos, y para que puedan recogerlos cuanto antes, organizaremos eventos de lanzamiento en las tiendas que son puntos de entrega. Los juegos estarán disponibles a partir de la fecha del evento que realicemos, aunque también podrán recogerlos más adelante. ¡Sé parte de nuestro tour! Podrás ser de los primeros en jugar Fest Season, conseguir losetas promocionales e incluso comprar mercancía exclusiva.

Para recoger tu pedido, deberás presentar una identificación que coincida con el nombre de la orden. Si otra persona va a recogerlo a tu nombre, envía un correo electrónico a crowdfunding@greenastragames.com con su nombre para que podamos añadirlo a la lista y pueda recogerlo.

Los envíos desde México se realizarán la próxima semana

No te preocupes, si seleccionaste que el juego se enviara a una dirección, no tendrás que esperar mucho más. Planeamos enviar los pedidos la próxima semana y recibirás un número de seguimiento para que puedas rastrear tu envío.

Las noticias de esta semana fueron principalmente para los mexicanos, pero pronto tendremos noticias sobre las traducciones al alemán y al francés, y esperamos tener un estimado más preciso para los envíos desde Estados Unidos y el Reino Unido.
