COMMUNICATION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
One of the most frustrating things as a backer are the long periods without communication from the publishers. We plan to keep our communication post-campaign and send updates every two weeks, even if it is just to say hi and let you know that everything is still in progress. You deserve to be updated frequently until the game is in your hands. Feel free to ask questions in the comments section or social media, or mail us to crowdfunding@greenastragames.com. We will answer you as soon as possible.
DELIVERY DATE
We plan to deliver your pledges in a timely manner, and we have added buffer time to our timeline to be as accurate as possible; however, despite our best efforts there is always a chance of delay. Since we deliver pledge rewards globally and in multiple languages, it is unlikely all backers will receive their reward at the same time. Please be patient, we will keep you updated about our progress.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
You are responsible for confirming your pledge, address and other information required to ship your product to you in a timely manner. Failing to confirm your address might cause your pledge to be delayed and, if fulfillment have started, we may cancel your pledge. Keep in mind, your pledge may be shipped sooner or later than the estimated delivery date. Please provide a mailing address that will not change.
You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your rewards as entered into our pledge manager system, you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities (import duties may apply to all countries except Mexico, US, Canada, Australia, China, UK and European Union Countries).
REFUNDS
During the Kickstarter campaign, you can cancel your pledge at any time without charges. If the campaign reaches its funding goal, Kickstarter will charge your credit card at the completion of the campaign. You will also need to pay the shipping costs and VAT, if applicable, after the campaign.
After the Kickstarter campaign, the following refund rules apply:
- Refund percentage and amount is calculated in MXN. A full refund might be lower than you have paid due to changes in the rate of the foreign exchange.
- Any refund request received before November 7th, 2024 will be refunded in full.
- If project fulfillment hasn't started, you will get 85% of your total amount pledged.
- If your package is on its way, or it has been delivered, refunds cannot be provided.
- If you did not complete your pledge manager and project fulfillment has finished, then you forfeit your right for a refund.
HIVE PLEDGE MANAGER
It is extremely important to complete the Hive Pledge Manager on time for the following reasons:
- If you do not fill out the pledge manager, we will not have your shipping information to deliver your pledge.
- If you do not fill out the pledge manager by the closing date, you may miss the mass shipping process and have to pay extra shipping to receive your pledge.
- If you do not fill out the pledge manager and fulfillment starts, we can not guarantee we will have all of your items available.
REPLACEMENT AND MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS
When dealing with numerous pledges, there's always a chance errors will occur.
For this reason, make sure to open your pledge and confirm its contents as soon as you receive it. If there is a missing item or something damaged that affects gameplay, we will do our best to help.
We will send replacement and missing items in batches, depending on availability, at no cost to the backer, as long as the request is made within 30 days of the completion of project fulfillment. Please inspect your copy carefully before making a request.
Please note, if you request replacements for damaged or missing items, more than 30 days after project fulfillment is complete, we can not guarantee we will have the items. If we do have your requested items, you will have to pay shipping.
Despite taking steps to minimize the risk, such as using thicker boxes, proper packaging, and conducting quality checks, it is possible that your game's box may incur some minor dings, dents, or damage during shipping. Although we understand that this can be frustrating, we will not be offering box replacements due to the cost and environmental impact of shipping empty boxes. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will consider offering a rebate for your pledge. Thank you for your understanding.
WORK IN PROGRESS
You further acknowledge that the final look, materials and content of the order (and the project) are subject to change and may differ from what is presented on Kickstarter or other relevant site. But don’t worry, we will keep you informed of any relevant changes.
