Hi festival-goer,

We are quickly approaching the fulfillment date and the deadline to late pledge for Fest Season. We have sent out emails and messages through KS to those who have not yet completed their orders. Currently, there are still 9 people who haven’t done so. If you received a message today, please complete your order as soon as possible.

Remember, the Pledge Manager will be closing on October 31st at 11:59 PM (CST).

Where is my game?

All the timelines in the different regions are aligned, so we expect to ship the games to you by the end of November. So, we are just one month away from starting delivering the games! This means that you are going to get your copy before the holidays!

US hub - Ark Transportation
Fulfilling the US

The games already arrived to Los Angeles and heading to Ohio where Ark Transportation warehouse is located. We expect to ship the games late November, and you will receive a tracking number when it is available.

Mexico hub - Green Astra Games
Fulfilling Mexico, Central and South America

The games already arrived to the Manzanillo port, and we are waiting to complete the customs clearance. This is uncertain as it is the first time we are importing games and tariffs can change from one day to the next.

Once we have a better estimate on when will they arrive to Mexico City, we will make an announcement on when you can collect your game on the pickup locations and when do we plan to ship the games to the remaining Mexican backers. We expect to deliver the games in November, and we plan to have multiple events in different stores in Mexico City, and maybe in other states. Let us know in which state you would like to have a launch event!

UK hub - GameQuest
Fulfilling UK, Europe, Canada and the Rest of the World

The games are currently on their way on vessel OOCL GERMANY, and you can track it here.

We expect games to arrive to the UK early November. We expect to ship the games late November, and you will receive a tracking number when it is available.

Los juegos ya llegaron a Los Ángeles y se dirigen a Ohio, donde se encuentra el almacén de Ark Transportation. Esperamos enviar los juegos a finales de noviembre y recibirás un número de seguimiento cuando esté disponible.

Envío a México, Centroamérica y Sudamérica

Los juegos ya llegaron al puerto de Manzanillo y estamos esperando completar el trámite en aduana. El tiempo es incierto, ya que es la primera vez que importamos juegos y los aranceles pueden cambiar de un día para otro.

Una vez que tengamos una estimación más precisa de cuándo llegarán a la Ciudad de México, anunciaremos cuándo podrán recoger su juego en los puntos de recolección y cuándo planeamos enviarlos a quienes seleccionaron el envío a domicilio. La fecha estimada sigue siendo noviembre y planeamos realizar varios eventos en diferentes tiendas de la Ciudad de México y, posiblemente, en otros estados. ¡Dinos en qué estado te gustaría que realicemos un evento de lanzamiento!

Los juegos están de camino a bordo del buque OOCL GERMANY y puedes darle seguimiento aquí.

Estimamos que los juegos lleguen al Reino Unido a principios de noviembre. Esperamos enviar los juegos a finales de noviembre y recibirás un número de seguimiento cuando esté disponible.
