If I’m lucky / Production delay and upcoming shipment

Hi festival-goer,

We were excited to see the production completed, but then during the Control Quality process, our manufacturer, Longpack, discovered an issue with some of the double-layered player mats. As a result, they have decided to reinforce the player mats to prevent any issues. However, this has caused a delay of the production, and it will now be completed next week. This delay is pushing our timeline, and unfortunately, our updated timeline will cause the games to be delivered in November/December, depending on your location.

We have already prepared the freight shipping documentation, and we expect to ship the games to the distribution hubs (Mexico, US and UK) in the next couple of weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide further details about the shipment in our next update.

I understand that this is not the news you were hoping for, but we are making progress. While I remain positive and hope to deliver sooner rather than later, I want to provide a realistic estimate.

Pledge Manager closing on October 31st

In light of this new timeline, we have decided to close our pledge manager on October 31st. If you have not yet verified your pledge, please do so as soon as possible.

We would also like to remind those in the US that we have reopened pledges to allow for payment of corresponding tariffs. If you have not yet done so, please take care of it.

Finally, if you know anyone who still wants to pre-order their FEST SEASON copy, they still have time to do so before the cut-off date. Please inform them of this deadline as they still have a chance.

Estábamos emocionados de ver completa la producción, pero durante el proceso de control de calidad, nuestro fabricante, Longpack, descubrió unos detalles con los tableros de jugador  doble capa. Como resultado, decidieron reforzar los tableros de jugador para prevenir problemas. Lamentablemente, esto ocasionó un retraso en la producción, y se completará hasta la próxima semana. Este retraso empujará nuestra fecha de entrega y, desafortunadamente, nuestro cronograma actualizado provocará que los juegos se entreguen en noviembre/diciembre, dependiendo de tu ubicación.

Ya hemos preparado la documentación para el envío por barco y esperamos enviar los juegos a los centros de distribución (México, EE. UU. y Reino Unido) en las próximas semanas. Nos disculpamos por los inconvenientes que te pueda provocar y te daremos más detalles sobre los envíos en nuestra siguiente actualización.

Entiendo que no son las noticias que esperabas, pero seguimos teniendo progreso. Me mantengo positivo en poder entregar antes de esas fechas, pero prefiero darles un estimado más realista.

Pledge Manager cerrará el 31 de octubre

Debido a este nuevo cronograma, hemos decidido cerrar nuestro pledge manager el 31 de octubre. Si no has verificado tu orden, favor de hacerlo lo más pronto posible.

También quiero recordarle a aquellos con destino en Estados Unidos que reabrimos sus órdenes para permitir que paguen los aranceles correspondientes. Si no lo han hecho, favor de completarlo.

Finalmente, si conoces a alguien que aún quiera apartar su copia de FEST SEASON, aún están en tiempo antes de que cierre el pledge manager. Avísenles de esta fecha para que no pierdan la oportunidad.
