Terms and Conditions for Finalizing Your Pledge

By completing your checkout and finalizing your pledge on this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Rabble Products LLC ("we," "us," "our") regarding the project Sprout – A game about keeping houseplants alive.

1. Terms of Delivery and Estimates

You acknowledge that the items offered in this campaign are part of a crowdfunding project and are currently in development or production. While the estimated delivery date of February 2027 represents our most accurate timeline, it is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Unforeseen production, customs, or freight delays may occur. We commit to regular project updates to keep you informed of our progress.

2. Address Management and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date at the time of shipment. You will be notified via email when shipping addresses are locked down. If a package is returned to our fulfillment hub due to an incorrect address, or if you fail to update your address before the designated lockdown date, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend your pledge.

3. Taxes, Duties, and VAT

Depending on your geographic location, your pledge may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or local state sales taxes. Unless specifically stated otherwise on the project page, all applicable taxes are calculated and charged during this checkout process. For regions not covered by our "friendly shipping" customs clearance, you are solely responsible for any local import duties or customs clearance fees upon the package's arrival in your country.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
During the Pledge Manager Window: You may request a refund of your pledge amount within 14 days of the opening of this pledge manager, minus payment processing and crowdfunding platform fees (15%).
After Production Begins: Once the project status moves into active mass production and freight booking, all pledges are final, and no refunds or cancellations can be processed.
Damaged or Missing Components: If your reward arrives damaged or with missing components, you must contact our support team at info@rabblegame.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide replacement parts or a replacement item free of charge at our discretion.
5. Abandoned Pledges

If you do not complete your checkout, pay outstanding shipping fees, or provide a valid shipping address within 90 days after the closing date of this pledge manager, your pledge will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to cancel your pledge, and no refunds will be issued for abandoned orders, as production quantities will have already been locked.
