Payment Information
If there is a balance owing on your order (add-ons, shipping, or applicable taxes), you'll be given the option to pay it in the next step using PayPal or credit/debit card. Your order is complete once we receive payment confirmation from the payment processor.
Who we are
Sprout is made by Rabble Products LLC, a small independent studio based in New York, NY, 10005. This is our 3rd crowdfunding project.
We've also chosen manufacturing and fulfillment partners with strong track records so that component quality and delivery are in good hands.
The honest part about risk
The main risk with any crowdfunded game is a delay in delivery. Printing schedules, freight, customs, and regional logistics can all slip for reasons outside our control, and the past few years have shown that unlikely problems do happen.
We've planned for that. If something goes sideways, we'll tell you what happened, what we're doing about it, and the revised timeline, through Kickstarter updates and email. You have our word that we'll do everything we can to get Sprout to you on time and in the condition you expect.
Disclaimer
Everything shown on the campaign page and in the pledge manager (artwork, components, card counts, packaging, rules) may not be final and is subject to change. Sprout's design, content, and layout may be adjusted during and after the campaign to improve gameplay or to meet manufacturing constraints. We aim to keep the finished game as close as possible to what was shown, and if any significant change is made, we'll let you know through a Kickstarter update.
Our principle
If you have any of our games you know that we take quality seriously and we keep to our word. We’re a small team so if you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make you happy.
Refunds and cancellations
During the pledge manager period, you can cancel for a 90% refund, no questions asked. We retain 10% to cover payment processing charges and platform fees that we don't get back. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, and any transaction fee charged by the payment provider is deducted from the refund.
Once we begin packing your pledge for shipment, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.
Replacements
If something is wrong with your copy of Sprout when it arrives (dented box, missing or damaged components, or another manufacturing defect), contact us at info@rabblegame.com with photos and your order details, and we'll sort it out.
Replacements are generally free and shipped at our expense. Please note that depending on your region, replacements can take several weeks to arrive.
We do not provide replacements for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Important: replacements for limited or campaign-exclusive components may become impossible a few months after fulfillment is complete, or may require an additional shipping fee, because those components are printed in limited quantities. Please check your game as soon as it arrives.
Shipping information deadline
If you don't provide your shipping information by the deadline announced in Kickstarter updates, or if you don't fully pay for your pledge, shipping, and any applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), your pledge will be treated as a donation to Rabble and we'll consider our obligations to you fulfilled.
Even so, we'll try to ship your game after fulfillment begins if it's still practical, though late shipping may cost considerably more than the original shipping quote, and that additional cost would be yours.
All pledges without rewards are treated as donations after the pledge manager deadline.
Privacy
By backing Sprout, you allow Rabble to collect the personal data needed to deliver your rewards (your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number where carriers require it) and to share it with our fulfillment and logistics partners for the sole purpose of shipping your order. We will not sell your data or use it for any other purpose, and we won't share it with anyone else.
We keep this information so that we can resolve any delivery or replacement issues that come up later, since backers sometimes contact us months after their game arrives. Your data is stored securely and access is limited to the people at Rabble directly involved in getting games to backers. If you'd like your data deleted after your order is complete, email info@rabblegame.com and we'll take care of it.
For backers in the EU and UK. Rabble processes your personal data under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We collect only what's needed to deliver your rewards, and our legal basis for doing so is the performance of our contract with you. Your data may be transferred to fulfillment partners outside the EU/UK, including in the United States, solely to ship your order. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@rabblegame.com.
You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable address. Please double-check it before the pledge manager locks.
Address changes
You can update your shipping address in the pledge manager until the date announced in updates. After that, changes may not be possible, and if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to you.
