Fulfillment and the Holidays

Happy holidays everyone!

Sending you some good wishes along with an update on the status of fulfillment.

Sir John’s Pet Peeves Print: Everyone who backed at the Sir John’s Heroes pledge level should have received their print by now, except for our Canadian friends who are still working through the postal strike. Thank you to those who shared a pic of the print on your wall! They look great and we hope they make your cribbage partners smile.

UK, EU, and Rest of the World: Shipment of your games began yesterday, but will not complete until early next week. Unfortunately, this means that some games may arrive in the days after Christmas. It has been quite the endeavor getting these games out of the factory. The plan had been to ship in specially marked boxes. To avoid any more delay, however, the current packaging is not the prettiest. I’ve been assured that the games inside will be mightily protected though, and it’s our only chance at a pre-Christmas delivery.

USA: Our ship cleared the Panama Canal on December 8 and will be arriving at the Port of Savannah on Christmas Day. It’ll take 2 more weeks for the games to be trucked to Atlanta where our fulfillment partner (Bridge Logistics) is ready to begin US fulfillment by mid-January.

Canada: An extra 2 weeks on top of USA’s timeline will be needed to fulfill Canada as the games need to be trucked from Atlanta to our fulfillment partner (Vesuvius Media) in Nova Scotia. Not sure what the impact of the postal strike will be, but we’re still a month away, so hopefully it’ll be minimal.

This will be the last update for 2024! I’ll reach out again once the games are in Atlanta. And in the interim, hope everyone has some lovely time off. Do continue to email us address changes and any questions!
