Backer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to a) maintain a valid email address in Kickstarter and at Hive, b) fill out the Hive Pledge Manager within the specified timeframe, and c) provide a correct, up-to-date shipping address. Communication during this final step in the fulfillment process is crucial to ensure your reward arrives where and when it should. Your failure to complete the Pledge Manager correctly may result in delays that ultimately lead to your reward not being delivered. (Luckily, Hive's Pledge Manager is straightforward and easy to use!) If any issue arises during the fulfilment process, it is your responsibility to initiate a Customer Support Ticket through Hive's system.

Damaged Rewards
Only Then Studios wants everyone to be happy with their game! If the game arrives in a damaged state, let us know through Hive's Customer Support System. Please include photos of what you received, as this helps us determine where the error occurred.

Replacement Deadline
We accept replacement requests up to 3 months after the game has been delivered. After that time, we cannot guarantee that replacement components parts will be available. Depending on the nature of the replacement request, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Accessing Customer Support
1. Login to your Hive account. 2. Click “I'm a Backer.” 3. Click the “View Details” button on Wicked Cribbage. 4. Scroll down to “Contact Support” in the Pledge Information column. 5. Click the Contact Support button and open a new support ticket.
