The Water Myth vs. Regenerative Reality
Conventional cotton gets a bad reputation for draining water reservoirs, but the real issue lies in degraded dirt. By avoiding heavy machinery and chemical fertilizers, regenerative farming rebuilds organic soil matter, turning the soil into a natural sponge. Healthy soil holds significantly more rainwater, relying predominantly on natural rainfall rather than draining local water tables through intensive irrigation.

What is Single Origin Cotton?

Single origin cotton means every fiber in your sheets comes from one specific source,  one certified regenerative farm or farming region. Just like single origin coffee or chocolate, it means full traceability from the ground up.

Most conventional sheets are made from cotton blended from multiple farms across different countries, with no way to verify how it was grown, who grew it, or under what conditions. The Clean Sheet is different. Crafted from 100% single origin, extra long staple cotton, the finest, strongest fibers available. This ultra long staple creates a silky, durable weave that resists pilling and thinning over time, getting better with every wash.

Woven into a 300 thread count premium sateen, they deliver a subtle luster and year-round breathability, cool when it’s warm, cozy when it’s not. 

Rigorously wash-tested, they retain their color, structure, and cloud-like softness, aging gracefully year after year. Pure regenerative cotton with zero synthetic finishes, harsh dyes, or toxic treatments.

Packaging

From day one, we made a promise: no plastic in our packaging. Your sheets arrive in boxes made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper. We use water-based inks and adhesives (no toxic chemicals here). We are also proud approved members of the Plastic Pollution Coalition, a global alliance committed to ending plastic pollution. Our packaging is completely plastic-free, because what surrounds your sheets matters just as much as what's in them.

Our Journey

We didn't rush this. Two years of research, sourcing, and testing before we were ready to share it with the world. We tested these sheets through rigorous wash cycles, still soft, no pilling, no color change, wash after wash. And we didn't just vet our manufacturing partner on paper. We were there. We saw how they work, who they employ, and how they treat their people.
