🌍 Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline

Here’s a quick look at where we are this month:

Asia (VFI)

Fulfillment in Asia is moving along steadily, with packages already delivered or en route to their respective hubs.

Shipments to Brazil and Israel are still in consolidation, but all other hubs have either received or are estimated to receive the products soon. You can check the status of your hub directly via VFI’s page here:

Canada (Pick and Pack)

In last month’s update, we shared that we estimate deliveries for Canada to commence come late August, but we were just updated that we should expect deliveries to begin around the week of September 15th.

Pick and Pack will be handling Canadian fulfillment.

US / UK / EU / AU / NZ

Fulfillment in these regions should already be complete! 🎉 Depending on the region there may be some delays but all shipments to these regions have been completed. We hope you’re enjoying your copies!

AU/NZ Backers: As mentioned in last month’s update, some of you may have received the Retail Edition of Shallow Sea instead of the Kickstarter Edition. Please check your box for the “Kickstarter Edition” sticker near the barcode.

If the sticker is missing, simply fill out this quick AU/NZ replacement form, and Aetherworks will send the missing content straight away.

So far, we’ve resolved 49 of the 60 affected orders. Please double-check your copy and let us know if you’re missing anything. We’re very sorry for the mix-up and sincerely appreciate your help in getting it sorted smoothly.

Haven’t Received Your Pledge?

If you backed Shallow Sea on Kickstarter but haven’t received your game yet even though fulfillment is complete in your region, please contact us at support@badcomet.co (note: no “m” at the end).

This usually happens because the Pledge Manager wasn’t completed. Please reach out to us and we’ll review your status and help make sure your pledge gets to you as soon as possible.
