RETAILERS

We love retailers and would love to see Sauros on hobby store shelves around the world. If you run a store, please select the "Retailer" tier to pledge a $100 deposit toward a Sauros case. When the Hive Pledge Manager opens about a month or so after the conclusion of the campaign, you'll be able to verify your brick and mortar store, pay your balance, and provide your shipping address.

LOCALIZATION

We are always looking for ways to bring our games to other markets and languages. If you are an international publisher and have interest in localizing Sauros, please send an email to bryan@tangerine.games. Sauros is fairly language independent with just the rulebook, score cards, and box needing translation. We are already in discussions with a few possible European partners. Would love to team up with even more!

VAT: 

In order to maintain compliance with EU & UK law, VAT fees will be charged after the project, within the Hive Pledge Manager. The amount collected will be based on the total value of the pledge and shipping cost according to the VAT rates of each country.

US Tariffs: 

Currently, tariffs on goods imported into the US from China are 30%. While there is a 90-day pause on the original tariff of 145%, there is no guarantee what the tariff rate will be by the time fulfillment begins. Regardless, Tangerine Games reserves the right to pass the tariff onto the backer in the Pledge Manager if necessary. (30% tariff = an additional ~$2.)

Shipping: 

Fees for each reward listed in the table above are estimates based on current rates and shipping a single game. Additional items may add to this cost. Shipping will be collected within the Pledge Manager after the conclusion of the campaign. Backers will provide their shipping address at this time as well.

Sauros Fulfillment and Missed Pledge Manager

Good Afternoon!

Other than a few stragglers, Sauros fulfillment is complete! I know there are still some outstanding replacements/orders that need addressed, but please give us some time to process everything so there aren't any mistakes.

Please follow the instructions below as carefully as possible so things can operate smoothly:

If you did not receive your pledge...

Please log into your Hive account to verify whether you completed the Pledge Manager. I have received many inquiries wondering where a game is and 95% of the time it's because payment for shipping and/or an address was never given. We can't deliver a product for free or to an address we don't have.

Once you have verified that you didn't complete the PM, please sent a support ticket through Hive with the following information:

Within a few days, you will receive a payment request also through Hive in which you can pay shipping and any taxes. Your games should go out within a couple days, provided the Chinese New Year doesn't interfere.

If you DID complete the PM and still do not receive your pledge...

Please send an email to bryan@tangerine.games. If you send a message through Kickstarter, we'll just ask you to send an email, so it's best to just send an email from the start 😉. We will follow up with our fulfillment HUB to troubleshoot the issue.

Any messages left in the general comment or update sections could potentially be missed. We don't ignore these sections, it's just easier to handle these types of things through Hive or email.

For those of you who missed or know of someone who missed the campaign entirely...

Please hold on a little while longer. We need to ensure all backers who paid during the campaign or on Hive have ample time to recieve their pledge before offering the remaining copies for sale. We'll have instructions on how to proceed when the time is right.

Finally...

Please note (and this is extremely important), since we have considered fulfillment completed, backers have 60 days to claim their pledges, submit an issue, or request replacements. After 60 days, the game you received will be considered acceptable or in the case of failure to complete the PM, you will forfeit your pledge.

Hopefully this does not come as a surprise as it was something we made sure to state on the main campaign page in the "Risks" portion. You all are aweomse though, so I don't forsee this being an issue.
