RETAILERS

We love retailers and would love to see Sauros on hobby store shelves around the world. If you run a store, please select the "Retailer" tier to pledge a $100 deposit toward a Sauros case. When the Hive Pledge Manager opens about a month or so after the conclusion of the campaign, you'll be able to verify your brick and mortar store, pay your balance, and provide your shipping address.

LOCALIZATION

We are always looking for ways to bring our games to other markets and languages. If you are an international publisher and have interest in localizing Sauros, please send an email to bryan@tangerine.games. Sauros is fairly language independent with just the rulebook, score cards, and box needing translation. We are already in discussions with a few possible European partners. Would love to team up with even more!

VAT: 

In order to maintain compliance with EU & UK law, VAT fees will be charged after the project, within the Hive Pledge Manager. The amount collected will be based on the total value of the pledge and shipping cost according to the VAT rates of each country.

US Tariffs: 

Currently, tariffs on goods imported into the US from China are 30%. While there is a 90-day pause on the original tariff of 145%, there is no guarantee what the tariff rate will be by the time fulfillment begins. Regardless, Tangerine Games reserves the right to pass the tariff onto the backer in the Pledge Manager if necessary. (30% tariff = an additional ~$2.)

Shipping: 

Fees for each reward listed in the table above are estimates based on current rates and shipping a single game. Additional items may add to this cost. Shipping will be collected within the Pledge Manager after the conclusion of the campaign. Backers will provide their shipping address at this time as well.

If your country is not listed above, we are unable to ship to the location or will need to provide fees closer to delivery. Please inquire via Kickstarter message for further information and to discuss options. You may also email bryan@tangerine.games.

Pledge Manager Deadline... For Real

Hello Friends!

Well September has come and gone and we are at 81% of backers who have completed the pledge manager. There are currently 270 backers whose pledges are still open (they have not completed their pledge). Just a reminder, completing the PM means a couple of things: 

1. You have taken the survey 

2. You have confirmed your pledge 

3. You have adding extra items (if you so desire) 

4. You have provided your shipping address 

5. You have paid shipping and VAT/taxes/tariffs

If you did not make it to the last step and "check out" your pledge is still considered open.

We are extending the PM to Friday, Oct 17. This is two weeks from this past Friday. While we are ahead of schedule, please remember a few things: 

1. We will be sending extra copies to each HUB to deal with replacements/lost items and any backers who failed to check their email and follow instructions (yes, I'm being cheeky). HOWEVER, if you live in a particular region where we are out of product, we will need to ship from a different HUB which will more than likely have a higher shipping cost. More than likely, we will be shipping from the US, so it's vitally important this doesn't happen to you. 

2. It's also possible, we run out of stock before you provide us with the information we need. In this case, we will issue a refund. 

3. Once fulfillment has completed, backers will have 6 months to submit replacements/lost packages and initial delivery (for those who never completed the PM). After this 6 month period, your pledge will be forfeited and will go back on the market. We hate doing this, but we are unable to pay the warehousing fees that accumulate while we wait for you to reach out.

The good news is, if you complete the PM in the next 12 days, none of the above will apply and we all get to enjoy Sauros with no hassle! 

If you have not received the invite to the PM, please email me (bryan@tangerine.games) or submit a ticket via Hive. It's very possible the invite has landed in your Spam/Junk folder OR your email is incompatible with the Hive system. I already have a list of emails that are invalid and I have sent you a message via Kickstarter private message, so please check here as well.

All in all, there shouldn't be a single backer that hasn't had the opportunity to complete the PM as we've covered all our bases.
