Welcome to the Tempest Terrain Kickstarter for the Rapid Fire Dicebox – Sci-Fi Collection.

If we haven’t met before, I’m Mike. I’m a long time tabletop wargamer who returned to the hobby after a twenty-year break, and like many players, I quickly ran into the same problem: games taking far longer than they should.

Dice counting was a constant friction point. It broke the flow, slowed turns, and made finishing games in a sensible time harder than it needed to be. So I set out to fix it.

That journey led to my first campaign - Rapid Fire Dicebox – Sci-Fi Crate. The response from sci-fi wargamers was overwhelming. The support, feedback, and enthusiasm from backers turned a simple idea into a proven tabletop tool. Thank you to everyone who helped make that first campaign a success.

Since then the Fantasy Editions launched last year and started the ball rolling for a full range of themed Rapid Fire Diceboxes. Now it's time for Sci-Fi!, and we couldn't help but go big!

Stop counting, Start Playing!

Load your dice, quickly grab stacks of five dice, roll, then return them straight to the hopper where the dicebox automatically sorts them back into neat rows of 5 ready for your next roll. Everything stays tidy, and turns move faster without breaking immersion.

It’s a simple improvement, but once it’s on your table, it becomes hard to imagine playing without it. Fair warning: it’s surprisingly satisfying, and a little addictive.
