The Kryptothera Pledge Manager is officially LIVE!

Your personal survey invite will be making its way to your inbox over the next couple of days, so please keep an eye out for it.

If you cannot find it, do check your spam folder as sometimes cryptids like to hide things for fun.

This is your moment to:

✔ Confirm your delivery address

✔ Review or upgrade your pledge

✔ Add expansions and upgrades

✔ Secure the 96-page Bestiary

✔ Add the Solo & Co-op Expansion (The Descent + United We Hunt)

✔ Choose any items you missed during the campaign

For anyone joining through the Late Pledge, you now have full access to all add-ons and upgrades too.

The Pledge Manager Window

Open: 10 January

Closing: 31 January

Once the window closes, we finalise quantities for freight and shipping, so please complete your survey as soon as you can.

IMPROTANT: You will need to complete this step for us to fulfil your rewards.

Do not worry, it is straightforward, intuitive, and we will guide you through it below.

Step 1: Access your pledge

You should have received an email from Hive at the same email address you used on Kickstarter. Please check your Spam and promotion folder if you can't see it in your inbox.

Click the link in that email and log in.

You will see your Kryptothera pledge listed. Click “Manage” to open it.

Step 2: Confirm your shipping details 📦

Tell us where your rewards are heading.

Enter your shipping address

Select your preferred shipping method

Shipping costs will update in real time based on your location and choices

UK Games Expo collection option

If you are attending UK Games Expo this year, you will see an option to collect your pledge at the show. Choose this, and you can pick up your game directly from our stand. We will also happily sign your copy if you would like.

⚠️ Please read carefully: “Abandon Pledge”

On this screen, you may see an option labelled “Abandon Pledge.”

Please do not click this unless you are absolutely certain.

• Abandoning your pledge will:
• Permanently cancel your pledge
• Void all associated rewards
• Your pledged funds will not be returned

This action cannot be undone.

We know the button is there.

We know curiosity exists.

But unless you genuinely intend to walk away from your pledge entirely, do not press it.

Step 3: Review your pledge ✨

Your original Kickstarter pledge is already waiting for you in your cart.

Here you can:

Upgrade your pledge level if you wish

Step 4: Complete the survey 📝

Next, you will be asked to complete a short survey.

These questions give us the information we need to fulfil your pledge correctly. Please take a moment to answer them carefully so everything arrives exactly as intended.

Step 5: Select add-ons 🎁

This is where you can customise your pledge further.

In the Add-ons section, you can:

• Add expansions and upgrades
• Purchase extra copies as gifts
• Pick up anything you may have missed during the campaign

IMPOTRTANT Please note:

Add-ons are for adding items only. If you want to change your pledge tier, that must be done in Step 3.

Please double-check that you have not selected any duplicate add-ons. For example, if you have chosen Tier 3 or Tier 4, the customised printed inlay is already included in your pledge. If you also selected the inlay as an add-on during the campaign or while completing the Pledge Manager, you will receive it twice.

We recommend reviewing your selections carefully. If you are unsure at any point, please email us at hunt@kryptothera.com and we will be happy to check your pledge and advise you. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Step 6: Checkout and complete your pledge ✅

If there is any remaining balance (for shipping or added items), you can settle it securely via PayPal.

Make sure you complete the final checkout step.

You will know you are finished when you see the order confirmation screen.

If you experience any technical issues within the pledge manager platform itself (login problems, payment errors, missing buttons, page errors), please contact Hive support directly. These are platform-level issues and we are not able to resolve them from our side.

• Your full name
• The email address used for your Kickstarter pledge
• A clear description of the issue

This helps us assist you quickly and accurately.

Before we send you back into Hive and forms and buttons, we want to pause for a moment and simply say thank you.

Backing Kryptothera was not a small thing. You chose to believe in an idea, in a world, and in a small team trying to do something ambitious and a little bit strange. That belief carried us through design decisions, late nights, revisions, and all the unseen mountains of work that turns imagination into something real.

Every pledge represents a person who trusted us enough to come along for the journey. We do not take that lightly.

Completing the pledge manager might feel practical and procedural, but for us it is the point where the hunt truly leaves our hands and starts making its way to yours. Soon, these choices become boxes, maps, cards, and stories on your table.
