VAT: 
In order to maintain compliance with EU & UK law, VAT fees will be charged after the project, within the Hive Pledge Manager. The amount collected will be based on the total value of the pledge and shipping cost according to the VAT rates of each country.

US Tariffs: 
Currently, tariffs on goods imported into the US from China are 30%. Tangerine Games reserves the right to pass the tariff onto the backer in the Pledge Manager if necessary. (30% tariff = an additional ~$3.)

Shipping: 
Fees for each reward listed in the table above are estimates based on current rates and shipping a single game. Additional items will add to this cost. Shipping will be collected within the Pledge Manager after the conclusion of the campaign. Backers will provide their shipping address at this time as well. NOTE: Shipping costs and addresses will not be collected on Kickstarter.

RETAILERS 
We love retailers and would love to see Kaelora and Kindred on hobby store shelves around the world. If you run a store, please select the "Retailer" tier to pledge a $100 deposit toward a case of Kaelora and/or Kindred. When the Hive Pledge Manager opens about a month or so after the conclusion of the campaign, you'll be able to verify your brick and mortar store, pay your balance, and provide your shipping address.

LOCALIZATION 
We are always looking for ways to bring our games to other markets and languages. If you are an international publisher and have interest in localizing Kaelora or Kindred, we have partnered with Next Tabletop for all our localization needs. Please send an email to david@next-tabletop.com.

🚹 Pledge Manager Invites Are Rolling Out! 😄

Hello Friends!

Thank you again for all the love and support over the duration of the campaign. Together we were able to unlock some awesome benefits like, postcards, digital wallpaper, exclusive wood compass token, and the Glimmerkin module! We couldn't have done it without you!

Over the next few days, you’ll start seeing emails from Hive—that’s our Pledge Manager (PM). 

If yours doesn’t show up right away, no stress—they’re being sent in batches. Give it a little time (and maybe check your spam folder just in case it took a wrong turn).

🍎 Quick Note for Apple ID Backers

If you signed up for Kickstarter using “Sign in with Apple”, there’s a chance your account is using a private relay email (the kind that looks like a random string of letters). Sometimes those don’t play nicely with pledge manager emails 😅. 

Please complete this form and provide a valid email. Without a valid email, you will not receive an invite to finish your pledge.

🧭 First time using a pledge manager? Here’s the quick version:

Think of it as the final step after Kickstarter:

  • You’ll confirm your reward
  • Answer a short survey
  • Add any extra copies for friends/family if you want
  • Enter your shipping info so we know where to send your game
  • Pay for shipping and any applicable taxes/tariffs

That’s it. Nothing scary, nothing complicated—we promise.

⏰ Important: We’re locking orders on Monday, May 18

You’ve got a few weeks, but as summer is right around the corner it's very easy to forget things. We want to encourage you to take care of your pledge ASAP. 

So, please complete the PM before May 18 to make sure everything stays on track for fulfillment. Late responses may still be possible, but they can cause delays (and we’d rather avoid that for everyone). 

We are shipping straight from China, as sending in bulk gives everyone some of the best rates. We've tried subsidizing shipping where we could as well. If your pledge ends up falling to a second or third wave, delivery could take up to 30 days and cost 50% more so please make note to complete the PM. This way, we all win!

  • This is your moment to grab any extra copies
  • Once things lock, changes get
