Welcome to Medieval Iberia where you will play as either a Christian king or a Muslim emir vying to build the greatest kingdom on the peninsula.

A player's turn takes place over four simple steps:

Step 1:  Review your politics, then collect your income.

Step 2:  Use your income to purchase projects/abilities, buy mercenaries, and play courtiers, adding them to your court.

Step 3:  Move your armies to fortify or conquer new regions.

Step 4:  Engage in battle.  Win if you have more soldiers than the defense.  Then subdue the population and raise your income if you have soldiers equal to the region's demographics.

Play continues until a player reaches the required number of flags or a player acquires two wonders.

October Update

As we enter into the month of October, I am happy to report that our US games have safely landed in the port of LA and our games bound for the UK will arrive in only 3 to 4 more days.


US Backer - I am having my game shipped

We are expecting our US shipment will arrive at our home in about three weeks. From there, Ian and I will start fulfilling all our US based orders. We don't have a large house, so we will want to fulfill these as quickly as possible. 


US Backer - I am picking up my game 

If you elected to pick your game up in-person we have a few opportunities available for you and I will send out a survey so you can indicate what works for your schedule. To give you a chance to look at your calendar before the survey goes out, these opportunities will be:

  • SD Histcon: Nov. 6th-9th (CA)
  • Iberia Launch Party: Nov. 14th from 3:15-7:00 (AZ)
  • Meeplefest: Nov. 20th-22nd (AZ)

If you opted to have your game shipped, but would like to pick it up in person, please reach out to me directly. While I cannot refund your shipping costs, we would be happy to deliver your game in person if you are at any of the above events and would prefer that instead.


Anyone outside the US:

Your orders are being fulfilled by Zatu which is based in the UK. Your container is due to arrive in port on October 4th. If things continue to go smoothly, then I anticipate fulfillment will begin at the end of the month.
