Hegemony Third Wave Delivery Update #3

Dear Hegemons,

As promised we are back with a really brief Update on the 3rd Wave Pledges for everyone who ordered their game through Hive Pledge Manager!

Third Wave Delivery - European Hub*

As noted in our previous update, our fulfilment partner at the European Hub faced some database issues, leading to some of you receiving incorrect tracking information from Fedex.

Indeed we found out about the issue early on, thanks in part to you contacting us about it, and we immediately called off the delivery of the shipments in order to examine what actually happened. Today, we spent most of the day discussing with our fulfilment partner in order to understand what happened and what was the root of the problem.

Our fulfilment partner has now informed us that they are working to make sure everything is correct, and they will be shipping all the orders very soon. Expect to receive an email with a new tracking number very soon**.

Third Wave Delivery - US Hub

Our fulfilment at the US Hub has informed us that the orders for US and Canada are in the pipeline and will start shipping them very soon. We have asked for confirmation when this happens - as soon as we have more information we will let you know.

Customer Support

If you need to contact us regarding any issues with your pledge or your copy after it arrives, the best way to do it is by using Hive Pledge Manager and adding a ticket there. The process is very simple:

1. Go to Hegemonic Project Games on Hive Pledge Manager.

2. Click on the "Message" button.

3. It will then ask you to Login or Sign Up for an account.

4. When you finish the process, it will prompt you to open a ticket on our Customer Support System.

5.Follow the on-screen instructions.

* We are using two fulfilment hubs for the shipping, one for US & Canada and one for Europe and the rest of the world. Note that due to logistical and inventorial issues, a small part of US orders will actually be shipped from the European hub.
