Hegemony Third Wave Delivery Update

Dear Hegemons,

We are back with the second Update on the 3rd Wave Pledges for everyone who ordered their game through Hive Pledge Manager!

Third Wave Delivery

The time has come! This update is to inform you that shipping for the 3rd Wave pledges has just begun!

A few important notes:

We are using two fulfilment hubs for the shipping, one for US & Canada and one for Europe and the rest of the world. Note that due to logistical and inventorial issues, a small part of US orders will actually be shipped from the European hub.

Speaking of the European hub, our fulfilment partner created the tracking numbers for your orders. However, we were informed very soon afterwards by some of you that the tracking information was incorrect. We immediately looked into it and it seems there was an issue with Fedex and a wrong tracking number was assigned to each order. To address this, we asked the hub to stop sending any orders for now until we fully sort it out. Due to the weekend, we expect the issue to be resolved on Monday and the shipping to commence again immediately afterwards. If you are among those who received a tracking number, it’s just the number that’s wrong. If you haven’t received anything, don’t worry, your package will be shipped early next week.

For the US pledges, we were informed by our local partners that they too are about to start the shipping either today or early next week.

So, these are all the news we have for now. We will keep you updated as we go along with all new developments.

As promised, we are back right on time to announce the start of all the deliveries! We expect that all the orders will be soon on the road to your table! ?

If you need to contact us regarding any issues with your pledge or your copy after it arrives, the best way to do it is by using Hive Pledge Manager and adding a ticket there. The process is very simple:

Go to Hegemonic Project Games on Hive Pledge Manager.

Click on the "Message" button.

It will then ask you to Login or Sign Up for an account.

When you finish the process, it will prompt you to open a ticket on our Customer Support System.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
