2nd Wave Pledges - Delivery Update #4

Dear Hegemons,

We are back with Delivery Update #4 on the 2nd Wave Pledges for everyone who ordered their game through Hive Pledge Manager.

Now let’s see the updates:

USA - CANADA - AUSTRALIA

Based on the information we have, all the orders have now been shipped. In fact, most of you have already received your package and the rest should probably expect it within this week. If you haven’t received your order by next week, please reach out using our Customer Support to look into it!

UNITED KINGDOM

In our previous update, we had mentioned that only some of the orders had been shipped. Since then, the rest of the games were also released from Customs, and were delivered to our local fulfilment partner who made sure to ship them right away! A lot of you have already received your order and we expect the remaining ones to be delivered by the end of this week (Friday, July 21st). If you encounter any issues or your order does not reach you by that time, please contact us to look into the matter!

ASIA

Almost all the orders have reached their corresponding local fulfilment hub, and according to the information we have been given, all orders will be delivered by the end of this week (Friday, July 21st).

EUROPE + REST OF THE WORLD

Based on the latest information we have, almost all of the games have now been shipped. Some of you have already informed us that you received your order and we expect the rest of you to receive your games by the end of this week.
