Pledge Manager is NOW LIVE! Here is all you need to know!

We hope this update finds you all well!

In the next few hours, Hive Interactive will send you an email notification to access the Pledge Manager. This tool helps you manage your pledge to ensure you receive your copy of Firefighters on Duty, the stretch rewards and add-ons you included during the campaign or want to add now. You can also update or add your shipping address information, and you have the flexibility to do so until we close the Pledge Manager, which will be close to the delivery date. After completing the Pledge Manager, you'll be prompted to settle any remaining balance, and your pledge will undergo verification.

Note: Completing the pledge manager is a requirement to ensure you receive your reward.

This update goes through the Pledge Manager structure and process step-by-step, to help you understand what exactly you need to do.

On the first page of the pledge manager, if you've previously filled out the survey, your shipping address should be pre-filled automatically. Feel free to make any changes if needed. Please ensure that the entered address remains valid from November 2024 until the beginning of 2025.

If you prefer to have your pledge delivered to your address, choose the 'Traceable Shipping' option. Alternatively, if you'd like to pick it up from our booth at Essen Spiel 2024 in Germany, select the 'Spiel 2024 (Essen Germany) Pick-up' option.

At this point, you'll have the opportunity to confirm the Pledge tier of your choice. For the majority of you, there's only one option, consistent with the Kickstarter campaign. However, there are also separate options exclusively for retailers. Please refrain from selecting the 'Retailers Only' pledge level unless you're able to verify your business when requested.

On the third page, you can choose the add-ons you'd like to include. For additional details on each add-on, such as descriptions and contents, simply click on the 'Info' button. If you included any add-ons through Kickstarter, they will be automatically added to your pledge. However, you have the flexibility to make changes during this step by adding or removing any number of them according to your preferences.

Speaking of adding more add-ons, get ready for a surprise in this step! We've introduced a new add-on, and here it is:

A set of 3D printed Attention markers! Enhance your team's cooperation with these markers, designed to be freely placed on the board by players during the game. These markers serve as reminders for important tasks, either for the entire team or for individual players. You will be getting 8 neutral colored Attention markers, and 4 colored, one for each player.

Furthermore, if you have a 3D printer and would rather print the Attention markers yourself, there's an option to purchase the STL file instead.

Note: If you are qualified for a loyalty discount of 5 USD as soon as you have an add-on added in your pledge you will be able to see it in your remaining balance.

Before hitting the 'Confirm Order' button on the fourth page, feel free to revisit the previous pages to make any adjustments to your order.

Note: you can always monitor the total cost of your pledge, the Remaining Balance (which is calculated by the Kickstarter pledged amount and your selected add-ons), and the overall shipping cost. It is displayed in the Information window on the right side (or bottom for smartphones) of the pledge manager across all pages.

Once you've confirmed your pledge, on the fifth page, you'll be prompted to choose your preferred payment method, either credit/debit card or PayPal.
