Firefighters on Duty

Fulfillment status update

Hello everyone,
We’re happy to share information regarding the fulfillment of Firefighters on Duty rewards!

    Backers in East Asia (AE,CN,HK,ID,IN,JP,KR,SG,TH,TW) and Oceania (AU,NZ) should already have received their rewards or they will receive them in the next few days!
    The hub in the USA has already received the games and they announced that they will start the fulfillment for the US backers in batches starting September 1st.
    The Hub in Canada will receive the games (from the hub in the US) in about 1-2 weeks time and the fulfillment for CA backers will start soon after delivery.
    As for Europe and the rest of the world, the container is still en route to Greece and is expected to arrive on 6th of September. Once customs clearance is completed, the EU hub will begin fulfillment for all remaining regions in batches.
    For those of you who selected the Essen Spiel 2024 pick-up option, we’ve already sent you a personal email with a proposal to pick up your rewards at Spiel 2025, if you’re planning to attend. If you don’t see our email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.


We hope you had a wonderful summer (or winter!), and to those who have already received Firefighters on Duty and played it, we hope you you had great time! We’re looking forward to hearing your thoughts and seeing how you tackle the flames!

Finally, stay tuned as we’ll soon be posting another update with details about the extra scenarios designed especially the KS rewards, as well as an additional alternative proposal for storing the game.
