Production and Fulfillment update

Hello everyone!

We would like to apologize for the delay in the fulfillment process. The main reason for this setback has been the extensive playtesting we’ve been doing for the various scenarios in the game. Several aspects of Firefighters on Duty are chaotic and dynamic, which is something that has surely presented a challenge for us over the past months. As a result, we felt that the original scenario booklets didn’t meet the quality and diversity we aimed for. This led us to pause the final steps of the assembly process temporarily and apply revisions to all scenario booklets. Additionally, these adjustments required us to re-structure the core rulebook to have it align with all scenario demands.

We aim to have the production of the game completed very soon and in the meantime, we have already started coordinating the shipments for the fulfillment hubs to minimize any further delays.

As a token of our appreciation for your patience, we are working to offer additional online downloadable content beyond what was originally planned, that we hope you will enjoy.

Also, due to this delay, the pledge manager remains open, so you still have the opportunity to log in, review, and update your shipping address if needed.

While our updates have not been frequent, rest assured we’ve been constantly working to improve every aspect of the game and that we are always here to address any personal inquiries or concerns you may have regarding the campaign.

Before closing, we want to share a couple of pictures from Spiel 2024 which took place in Essen the past month. Many visitors got the chance to play and enjoy the game. It was a rewarding experience to see their excitement firsthand!
