Dutch Resistance: Orange Shall Overcome!

Shipping update and European fulfilment starting next week, Berlin Brrettspiel con this weekend, Spiel 2025, Samaruc Games

Hello all and thank you for reading this update.

I am currently on my honeymoon in Berlin, but the work still continues, of course. So I am still spending quite some time trying to complete the expansion. And today I have some good news on a few things that I like to share.

I will start with the latest news on shipping and fulfilment, because for some countries fulfilment will already start next week 😊. After that, I want to let you all know I will be at the Berlin Brettspiel con this weekend. And I want to already tell you the booth number for Spiel this year. Lastly, some good news on the Spanish version of the game.

A short update on all 6 fulfillment hubs:

- Meeples in the Netherlands for all EU orders. This ship has arrived and the container is offloaded. It will be delivered at Meeples in Dronten next Monday, so with a bit of luck the first backers in the Netherlands will receive their game Tuesday or Wednesday and the rest of Europe will follow soon after.

- Zatu in the UK for all orders in the UK. This shipment is now also at sea and will arrive at the end of this month.

- Bridge in the US for all US orders. This boat has also arrived at port, but now it will take some time before it will be at Bridge so fulfilment can stat.

- BoardGameBliss for Canadian orders. I am working directly with Hive for this shipment. I currently am waiting on some more details.

- Aetherworks for orders in Australia and New Zealand. I am also working directly with Hive for this shipment. I currently am waiting on some more details.

- VFI-Asia for Asian orders as well as South Africa. There seemed to be something unclear with this shipment which caused a delay at the factory, but the boat should be leaving soon.

As you know from previous updates, the pledge manager is fully closed now. If you somehow missed the options for 2 wave shipping while the pledge manager was still open, just send me a Hive ticket and I will look what is possible at that moment to still get your game earlier. But, of course, this applies only if you ordered the expansion for the game, for example in the all-in pledge, and/or the Laserox insert.

Please don't contact me through any other way than here at Hive if you want to have 2 wave shipping, as I have to export it from Hive anyway, and I can also easily request the additional shipping costs in Hive.

This year I will again go to the Berlin Brettspiel con as a visitor, both tomorrow and Sunday. So, if you are there and want to play the game with me or just say hi, just let me know and we can try to meet.

The team has been filled after last updates announcement. I am very much looking forward to the Spiel convention in October.

It is basically the same place as the last 2 years. Looking forward to seeing many of you there.

As much as I would have like it, I don't expect the expansion to be there, as there are just still some things to complete and then production and transport.

If you have an all-in pledge without 2 wave shipping and want to save some money, then you do have the option to pick up your products except the expansion at Spiel if you like, with no additional costs. I do need to receive either an e-mail or Hive ticket before the 10th of October to add it to what will be taken to Spiel.

After the last update I quickly got in contact with Samaruc Games, and they are now finishing their translated Spanish files. So, it is all on track again for the Spanish version of the game.
