When you back the Print and Play files pledge level, you will get all the print and play files when they are ready. This means that you will get the base game soon after the end of the campaign, the extra Halt! cards soon after that, and the expansion files when they go to the factory.

The files are made by Alexander from pnpbuddy.com, who did a great job with these files. There are 6, and with some types of cards 7, ways to print the, which is with bleed, gutter or optimized and then for A4 or letter size paper, so you can choose which one you like.

You can see sample files on the Google drive I made for it by clicking the image below.

すべてのアップデートアップデート #3

Pledge manager closes in 24 hours!, current shipping status, Spanish version, Spiel 2025

2025-07-17 01:57:33

*** This is almost the same update that was just posted on Kickstarter as update 26 for the people who did not receive that update.***

Thank you for reading this update and following the progress. Writing updates here is a bit tougher for me than on Kickstarter, but I try to keep you informed as well.

I want to start this update by sharing some very nice personal news. A bit more than a week ago, I got married to the love of my life, Anastasiia. Some of you may have seen her at various conventions, as she frequently assists me there. It was a very, very small wedding, and afterwards I took two days off for a very short honeymoon. But even then I could not resist going to a board game store to see if that retailer knows my game and is interested to put it in his shop.

In this update, I will briefly talk about the pledge manager that will fully close in 24 hours, mention the current status of the shipping, give a short update on the Spanish version of the game, and I will talk shortly about Spiel.

The pledge manager closes in 24 hours!

I have just e-mailed all backers with an open pledge again as a very last reminder to fill in the pledge manager. To avoid issues with your pledge, I kept it open just a bit longer. But I want to mention it again here as well, because it will be closed in about 24 hours from the moment you receive this update.

Production of the base games had finished some time ago as you can see in Kickstarter update 23, and shipping has started.

There are 6 hubs that will take on some of the fulfillment. Here is a short update for these hubs:

- Meeples in the Netherlands for all EU orders. This ship has left, but has a 6 day delay. It is now expected to arrive on the 29th of July in the Netherlands. Fulfilment should still start roughly one to two weeks after the 29th of July. You can follow this shipment with this track and trace link.

- Zatu in the UK for all orders in the UK. This shipment was supposed to be in the EU shipment container, but there was some miscommunication with the Dutch freight forwarder I hired and the factory. This led to the pallets being left in China. However, the 2 UK pallets have now been arranged as a separate shipment. The factory handled the mistake well and took almost all of the additional costs. Because it will now be shipped directly and the boat will leave very soon, I think there will be hardly any delay for UK backers.

- Bridge in the US for all US orders. As you can see with the track and trace, the ship left and is currently still expected to arrive on the 20th of July. But keep in mind that when the boat arrives, it will still take about two weeks before fulfillment by Bridge can actually start. You can still check the boat with this track and trace link.

- BoardGameBliss for Canadian orders. This took a bit longer, because I had to wait for the packing list, but it should leave by boat soon as well.

- Aetherworks for orders in Australia and New Zealand. I am in contact with Aetherworks and arranged all main details, so this boat will leave soon too.

- VFI-Asia for Asian orders as well as South Africa. The shipment has been confirmed by the factory and since it is a shorter distance, it should arrive at VFI Asia soon.

Now that the German files are almost done, I have trouble getting in contact with the Spanish publisher, Samaruc Games, to get both language versions produced at the same time. I also tried to contact them through Instagram, as it might be that they somehow did not get my e-mails. But even though I wrote to them last Saturday and they posted 2 days ago, I did not get a response to my message there as well.

So if somebody knows a better way to reach them, let me know by sending an e-mail to info@liberationgamedesign.com. Hopefully, I have more on this in a future update.

I am already looking forward to the 4 days of fun at Spiel in Essen, Germany on the 23rd-26th of October. It is larger than ever before with an extra hall and I will also have a larger booth than I had before. I hope to see many of you there.

And because of this larger booth I am also looking for enthusiastic explainers to strengthen the demo team!

Spend four unforgettable days at the world's biggest board game convention, meet thousands of fellow enthusiasts, discover the newest games, and share your passion for tabletop gaming with visitors from all over the world.

Who am I looking for?

• You live in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or are willing to get to one of those countries on your own costs. If you are traveling from one of those countries I will cover the travel expenses.

• You speak good German or fluent English

(German is preferred, but both must be strong enough to explain games clearly)

• You are available for all 4 days of the fair. You will have a total of one day off, which can also be split into two half days. You are also very welcome to join the team from Wednesday, including overnight stay!

• You're motivated, energetic (4 days can be a bit long), and really love (teaching people how) to play games

What do you get in return?

• €150 compensation (€50 per demo day)

• Full access to SPIEL for all days (worth €90)

• Free accommodation from Wednesday to Sunday (worth €400+)

• Food & drinks on the demo days

• Your own (signed) copy of "Dutch Resistance: Orange Shall Overcome"

• And most importantly: a great time filled with fun, after-hours gaming, shared meals, and new friendships in the heart of the board game world!

This is your chance to be part of the most passionate and fun demo crew at SPIEL!

If you are interested, send me an e-mail at info@liberationgamedesign.com.
