Images of the final products - Essen Spiel 2023 pick-up option

We hope you are all well.

The past 3 weeks were busy here at Artipia Games as we were preparing the stuff we had to send to Essen for the upcoming Spiel'23. Everything went smoothly and of course Ceres and its expansions are on their way to Essen as well! Everyone who has selected the Essen Pick-up option in the pledge manager will be able to collect their reward from our booth (Hall 3 - W120).

Essen Spiel 2023 Pick-up option (Thu-Sat)

If you had selected the Spiel 2023 (Essen, Germany) Pick-up option in the pledge manager, please check your email inbox. You should already have received an email from Hive interactive with your unique pickup code. As also, you will be able to find it in your pledge details in the Hive Interactive pledge manager.

IMPORTANT: You will need to tell us this code in order to collect your reward from our Spiel'23 booth (Hall 3 - booth W120). If you had selected Essen Pick-up, but you did not receive your unique code, please let us know.

IMPORTANT: You can pickup your reward on Thursday 5th, Friday 6th or Saturday the 7th from Spiel'23. Any copies, that haven't been picked up by Saturday, may be allocated elsewhere on Sunday and backers may have to cover shipping costs in order to receive them by postage after the fair.

Delivery Status update

Here is the status for every individual HUB:

     Asia, Europe, UK and Rest of the World: They have already received the items needed and will soon start the fulfillment process.
     Australia for AU and NZ: These HUBs will receive their items next week.
     US, Canada: Are expected to receive their items in the next couple of weeks.

Metal Coins and Alloys

The production of those components has been completed, however, there was a delay in production caused by the manufacturer. Metal Coins and Alloys needed for Essen Pick-up and for the HUBs in Asia and Australia are already together with the rest of the items, but the ones for all other HUBs were shipped separately a few weeks later. This means that backers who have selected these items through the pledge manager, may have to wait a little longer than the other backers, to receive their rewards.

FIREFIGHTERS ON DUTY - AVAILABLE TO DEMO AT SPIEL'23

Those of you visiting Essen Spiel'23 will also have the chance to demo our upcoming game, Firefighters on Duty!  Also, make sure to follow our campaign on Kickstarter to get notified about the game's upcoming launch in November 2023.
