SHIPPING

Shipping will be charged after the campaign in the pledge manager.

The table below shows our current estimated shipping ranges for each reward size. Final shipping will depend on your destination, final order weight, selected add-ons, and the rates available from our regional fulfillment partners at the time of fulfillment. Taxes, VAT, duties, and customs fees are not included in these estimates unless specifically stated.

Add-ons may increase shipping. Smaller add-ons may have little or no effect, but booster displays, binders, playmats, storage boxes, or other bulky items may increase the final shipping charge.

Taxes and duties: Sales tax, VAT, customs duties, and import fees may be charged separately in the pledge manager where applicable. For regions where we are able to use local fulfillment, we will work to reduce customs friction, but final taxes and duties depend on your country’s rules.

We also cannot ship to PO Boxes domestically or internationally. Due to the size of each package, there is too great a risk of the package being bounced back to us.

Despite our planning and best efforts, delays may still occur. This is the nature of manufacturing and shipping complex games. Potential delays may be associated with shipping, customs, or the manufacturing processes, or things completely out of Mothership's control. The world is a weird place.

Kickstarter will not charge your method of payment or otherwise collect funds until the campaign concludes — so you you can change or cancel your pledge amount as many times as you wish during the campaign.

After the Kickstarter campaign ends, if you decide that you wish to refund your pledge, WE WILL UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT ANY REFUND REQUESTS SUBMITTED TO US WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF THE CAMPAIGN'S CONCLUSION. To obtain a refund, send us an email with "Kickstarter Refund Request" in the Subject Line at: <hello@mothership.games>

All refunds will be issued to your original Kickstarter payment method in USD. MOTHERSHIP GAMES WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS SUBMITTED MORE THAN TEN (10) DAYS FOLLOWING THE KICKSTARTER'S CONCLUSION.

DAMAGED OR MISSING / INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES

We guarantee your Kickstarter pledge items will be complete and reasonably free from defects and we and our shipping partners will do our best to ensure that your package arrives in good condition. However, errors and mishaps will sometimes arise in the manufacturing process and as a result of long-distance shipping. If you find that any of your pledge items is delivered to you in a damaged, defective, or incomplete state, please send us an email AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with "Kickstarter Replacement Request" in the Subject Line at: <hello@mothership.games>

Our policies for replacing pledge items are as follows:

- DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS DUE TO COURIER ERROR: If you are aware that your pledge items are missing or have been damaged due to their courier's negligence, mishandling, or other error, YOU MUST SEND US AN EMAIL WITHIN 5 DAYS OF (ATTEMPTED) DELIVERY. Please add "URGENT — COURIER CLAIM" to the subject line and include photos of the shipping materials in the state in which you received them so that we may file a claim with the courier

- Missing or Materially Unusable Items: Must be reported within 30 days of receiving delivery. We will replace these for you at no cost.

- Minor Cosmetic Damage or Variance: Must be reported within 30 days of receiving delivery. We reserve the right to deny replacement of minor cosmetic damage or variances deemed immaterial. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL IMAGES AND VIDEO OF PRODUCTS PRESENTED ON THIS CAMPAIGN PAGE ARE OF EARLY PRODUCTION PROTOTYPES, WHICH ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY FOR REFERENCE. THE FINAL DELIVERED PRODUCT MAY VARY IN APPEARANCE, FINISH, AND DETAILS FROM THE PROTOTYPE IMAGERY.

- Box Damage: Must be reported within 14 days of delivery, including timestamped photos of shipping materials and box damage. We reserve the right to make decisions on box replacements at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis and we may deny replacement of boxes with only minor cosmetic or otherwise immaterial damage.

Claims reported after the above deadlines may not be eligible for replacement.

TERMS OF USE

By pledging to this project, you provide your acknowledgement of and agreement to the following:

- ALL IMAGES AND VIDEO OF PRODUCTS PRESENTED ON THIS CAMPAIGN PAGE ARE OF EARLY PRODUCTION PROTOTYPES, WHICH ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY FOR REFERENCE AND THE FINAL DELIVERED PRODUCT MAY VARY IN APPEARANCE, FINISH, AND DETAILS FROM THE PROTOTYPE IMAGERY.

- It is your responsbility to log into the pledge manager and to accurately complete your pledge survey — including by providing a correct delivery address, to which your pledge items can be delivered by normal methods — within 2 weeks of our notification via email to you to confirm your pledge. We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We will also announce the date required to complete your pledge manager survey on our website and other channels we control when the pledge manager goes live. If you fail to access and complete your pledge manager survey in an accurate manner before the time for doing so has elapsed, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full relating to your payment of your pledge and may treat your pledge as a donation to us, as attempting to fulfill pledges in absence of receiving all information necessary for fulfillment can disrupt and delay production and logistic processes, in particular with respect to exclusive and limited quantity items. We may, at our discretion, refund part or all of your pledge, if you contact us after the 2-week timeline for completing your pledge manager survey has elapsed.

- If you confirm your pledge within 2 weeks of our notification via email, you agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into our pledge manager system, that title and risk of loss of your pledge items pass to you upon our delivery of your pledge items to a common carrier for such shipment, and that, unless otherwise stated by us, you are responsible for import duties or any other taxes, tariffs, or fees that may be payable to relevant governmental authorities to ensure completion of your delivery.

- We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time at our discretion for breaches of our website's Terms of Service or because in our judgement your conduct in making your pledge is not in good faith or inconsistent with our community standards and we will refund to you payments received from you, excluding Kickstarter and payment processing fees.

Cataclysm Arcade provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects for all of our products provided as pledge items beginning on the date of delivery (proof of purchase required; please note that this warranty does not cover damages or loss arising from theft, accidents in use or delivery, or any other unforeseeable events). Please see our Refund and Replacement Policy for further details and email us with any inquiries at <hello@mothership.games>.

If you do not wish to accept the foregoing terms, please do not pledge to this project and instead wait to purchase our game upon its full retail release.
