2. 4–6 weeks before shipping: We'll email again with instructions to pay shipping fees, taxes, and duties.
Shipping estimates below are approximate and exclude optional items. Exact charges (shipping, sales tax, VAT) depend on your location and order details, clearly shown in Pledge Manager before final confirmation.

🚢 Update from October / Fulfillment in CA/AU/NZ is complete / EU/US/UA/APAC is in progress
2026-10-17 15:13:15Hi everyone! We’re sending a quick update right before we head off to SPIEL Essen (during the war, there are still no flights out of Ukraine, so we’re driving by car from Lviv to Essen. Wish us luck (and good coffee along the way🤞)
Here’s where fulfillment stands right now:
🇨🇦 Canada (Asmodee Canada)
Fulfillment is fully complete for both waves. All games and merch have shipped.
If you haven’t received your order or a shipping notification from Canada Post, or if something is missing from your package, please email us at info@boardova.com. We’re doing our best to reply as quickly as we can.
🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia / New Zealand (Let’s Play)
Fulfillment is fully complete for both waves. All games and merch have shipped.
If you haven’t received your order or a shipping notification, or if something is missing from your package, please email us at info@boardova.com. We’re doing our best to reply as quickly as we can.
🇺🇸 US, incl. South America (Diamond Comics)
Wave 1, for backers without merch (comic, pins, socks), was expected to start by now, but unfortunately Diamond Comics hasn’t begun shipping yet. We’re checking in with them every day and pushing for faster shipping, but they seem to be very busy ahead of the convention and holiday season.
We really hope shipping will begin within the next few days. As soon as it does, we’ll post a separate update just about that.
🌏 APAC (VFI)
- Orders from China have been delivered.
- Orders from Japan and Philippines are on the way to local hubs.
- Orders from Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan are currently being consolidated.
You can track progress and find your shipping service here: https://vfi.asia/hubs/ (press Ctrl+F and search for “Aridnyk”). All APAC orders ship in one wave.
🇬🇧🇪🇺 UK / EU (Spiral Galaxy)
There’s a change since our last update: the merch arrived in Europe today! So we now plan to ship all European orders in a single wave, with every package complete.
We’re keeping a close eye on this and will post an update as soon as we know more. Shipping should start in about a week.
🇺🇦 Ukraine (Nova Post Ukraine)
The games have arrived in Ukraine and are now waiting at customs. As expected, shipping is planned for late October to the first week of November. No changes there.
See you at SPIEL Essen! 🎲
Thank you all for your patience and support. Part of our team has been working hard to get ready for Essen, and we’re hoping to land new localizations of Aridnyk and show the board game community what we’ve got.
If you’re coming, we’d love to meet you. Come say hi at booth 3.P200, October 22–25!
With love from the road,
boardova team & Acorn
