📅 Delivery zones and timelines for fulfillment

Here's where things stand with games and merch across all our fulfillment centers with the last timeline update. In this update you can find your fulfillment partner who provides the fulfillment process from the warehouses.

A couple of important notes before the breakdown

• From warehouse arrival to your door is typically about 3 weeks. Once games reach a fulfillment center, the warehouse needs roughly 2 weeks to process the shipment and split it into individual orders before anything ships out to backers directly.
• Merch (comic, socks, pins) was printed separately in Ukraine and is shipping to fulfillment centers on its own schedule. Because of this, pledges containing merch will experience delays. Additionally, warehouse procedures vary by region: while some fulfillment partners can ship game-only orders immediately, others may wait until all inventory –including merch – is in stock before starting fulfillment. We are currently coordinating with each fulfillment center to finalize the smoothest dispatch strategy for every zone. Thanks for your patience on this.

📦 Dates when the games will arrive at the warehouses

Fulfillment partner: VFI

Games arrived at VFI warehouse on August 10. Backers' data has already been sent to the warehouse.

Delivery zone: 🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia / New Zealand

Fulfillment partner: Let's Play

Games are expected to arrive at the Let's Play warehouse this month. Games are in transit, but currently we have the info that the shipment is delayed. We will keep you posted on specific dates. Backers' data has already been sent to the warehouse.

Delivery zone: 🇨🇦 Canada

Fulfillment partner: Asmodee Canada

Games are expected to arrive at the Asmodee warehouse by August 24th. Backers' data has already been sent to the warehouse.

Delivery zone: 🇬🇧🇪🇺 UK / EU 

Fulfillment partner: Spiral Galaxy

Games are expected at the UK warehouse the week of September 7th, or potentially the week of September 14th, depending on processing time at Felixstowe Port (which sometimes sees backlogs). Spiral Galaxy will confirm their fulfillment schedule once the shipment lands, but no significant extra wait is expected beyond that. Backers' data will be sent by September 7th.

Fulfillment partner: Diamond Comics

Games are expected to arrive at the Diamond warehouse by September 16th. Backers' data will be sent by September 9th.

Delivery zone: 🇺🇦 Ukraine

Fulfillment partner: Nova Post Ukraine

Games are expected to arrive at the Nova Post warehouse by November 1st. Backers' data will be sent by October 10th.

📌A note on the German edition on the shelves

Some of you have spotted Aridnyk in German on shelves already, and we want to be transparent about why.

We signed our contract with Koalla Spiele for the German localization shortly after Spiel Essen 2025 – right in the middle of printing the game, while we were also dealing with frozen funds. That timing actually worked in our favor: we were able to print the English and German editions at the same time.

That said, the German print run doesn't include the expansions, and per our agreement it's a slightly "trimmed" version of the base game – it's missing some cards and tiles, a deliberate choice to test the market and keep the retail price lower.

Because it's a single-region release (rather than the full global Kickstarter logistics chain), our partner was able to get their stock off the factory floor and into Germany faster than we could organize worldwide fulfillment. That's why Aridnyk in German is already on store shelves, while our backers – including us here in Ukraine – are still waiting on our copies. We wanted to explain this clearly rather than leave anyone wondering why retail got there first.
