By confirming your order you agree that your pledge contribution to the project is final and that no refunds will be issued except at the discretion of Wayfarer Games.

You recognize that the final design and contents of your order are meant to meet or exceed the expectations set out on the original crowdfunding campaign but may differ slightly from what was originally presented, as is the nature of crowdfunded projects.

You agree that it is the responsibility of Wayfarer Games to ship your rewards as entered into our pledge manager system. You acknowledge that you, and not Wayfarer Games, are responsible for import or other duties or taxes that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities in your country and that Wayfarer Games does not impose nor control these duties or taxes. Note: Such duties may generally apply to all countries other than the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, the UK and the European Union.

You also acknowledge that you know where your package is meant to be sent and are therefore responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by typical delivery carriers in your region. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to read any Kickstarter updates, and/or other emails concerning the delivery and fulfillment process. Failure to follow these procedures may result in your package being delayed or not delivered at all.
