By confirming your order you agree that your pledge details are final and that refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Wayfarer Games.

You agree that it is the responsibility of Wayfarer Games to ship your rewards as entered into our pledge manager system and you understand the specific nature of the duties and taxes which relate to the jurisdiction in which you reside. You acknowledge that Wayfarer Games has provided clear and specific details within the Shipping section of the campaign, on a region-by-region basis.

You also acknowledge that only you know where your package is meant to be sent and are therefore responsible for providing correct address information and for ensuring that this address is deliverable by typical delivery carriers in your region.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to read any Kickstarter updates and/or other communications concerning the delivery and fulfillment process, and to act on the provided information as needed, from time to time.
