Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer refunds, but will do our best to make your order right if there has been an error. We pack our games to travel as best as we can, however, couriers sometimes take less care than we do. Should your game be damaged by the courier, we will help navigate the claim process, including but not limited to, lost or stolen packages. Stolen packages are not the responsibility of Tin Robot Games.

In rare circumstances, items may have been missed or damaged on the inside of the box (not caused by the courier). If you discover damage upon opening, please take a picture of the outside of shipping box, game box, and damaged pieces and will gladly replace the damaged or missing part.

In this continuing evolving trade environment, Tin Robot Games reserves the right to collect additional fees to cover unplanned increased costs such as tariffs, shipping, or unforeseen materials cost spikes prior to manufacturing.
