Terms & Conditions — Synaptic Symphony
By completing your pledge manager checkout, paying for shipping and applicable taxes, and submitting your survey details, you enter into a binding agreement with The Resilient Brain Co. (Colorado, USA) under the following terms:

1. Address Accuracy & Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a accurate, deliverable physical address written in English characters and keeping it updated in Hive until the announced "Address Lock" deadline.

If a package is returned, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the backer, you will be responsible for paying the costs to reship the order.

2. Shipping Fees, Taxes, & Import Duties
Shipping charges, state sales taxes, and applicable regional taxes (such as VAT or GST) are calculated based on your destination and collected during this pledge manager checkout.

You are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or processing charges levied by your local postal authority or government upon arrival, unless explicitly designated as "Customs Friendly Shipping" for your destination region.

3. Refund Policy
Prior to Pledge Manager Close: Refunds requested before the official pledge manager closing date will be granted minus 15% to cover non-refundable platform, payment processing, and administrative fees incurred by Kickstarter, Stripe, and Hive.

After Pledge Manager Close: Once the pledge manager deadline passes and manufacturing/freight quantities are locked, no refunds will be issued.

All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD).

4. Unconfirmed & Abandoned Pledges
If you fail to complete your Hive survey, supply a valid shipping address, or pay outstanding shipping/tax balances within 4 months (120 days) of the official pledge manager deadline, you agree that The Resilient Brain Co. has fulfilled its obligations to you in full.

Abandoned pledges cannot be manufactured or shipped after this window and will be treated as a non-refundable contribution to the project.

5. Damaged or Missing Components
If your copy of Synaptic Symphony arrives with damaged components or missing parts, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and your original order details. We will ship replacement components free of charge.

Minor cosmetic scuffs or dented corners on external shipping cartons incurred during transit do not qualify for full game or component replacements.
