2. Payment & Fulfillment
Payments are processed via the crowdfunding platform or fulfillment partner. No payment details are stored or handled directly by The Imago Cult. Delivery times may vary due to printing, logistics, and international shipping conditions.

3. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of defective or missing items, at the discretion of The Imago Cult. Backers must contact within 30 days of receipt to request resolution.

4. Intellectual Property
All games, texts, and artworks are copyright © The Imago Cult. They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

5. Liability
The Imago Cult is not liable for delays caused by printers, shipping services, customs, or unforeseen events. Responsibility for import duties, taxes, or customs fees rests with the recipient.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian jurisdiction.
