By confirming your order, you agree that your contribution to the project is final and no refunds will be issued except at the creator's absolute discretion. Should a refund be desired, a claim can be submitted by creating a ticket using the Customer Support feature in Hive. Refunds will only be issued if requested before products have shipped.

You further acknowledge that the final look, materials and content of the order (and the project) are subject to change and may differ from what is presented on Kickstarter or other relevant site.

You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your rewards as entered into our pledge manager system, you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities (import duties may apply to all countries except US, Canada, Australia, China, UK and European Union Countries).

You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. At the same time, you need to monitor the project's Kickstarter updates, and all emails concerning the delivery process. If failure to follow these procedures results in the package not being delivered, you will have to pay the shipping costs to resend the package.

In the event of damaged or defective product(s), due to transit or manufacturing error, a claim can be submitted by creating a ticket using the Customer Support feature in Hive. After prompt review of the claim, we will work to replace the product(s) at no extra cost to you.
