By pledging, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You acknowledge that the final look, materials and content of the rewards (and the project) are subject to change and may differ from what is presented while the crowdfunding project was active.

You are responsible for confirming and finalizing your pledge, address and other information required to ship your reward to you in a timely manner. While it varies by country and state, you also may be responsible for paying for shipping, taxes, VAT, and any other applicable costs.

Several updates and emails will be sent notifying you of the deadlines for finalizing pledge and submitting final payment. If you fail to fill out the pledge manager by the deadline OR if you fail to fully pay for your pledge, shipping, VAT/sales tax, and/or any other applicable costs, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received.

When you confirm your pledge, you agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your reward as you entered it into our pledge management system and agree that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment. Furthermore, you agree that when shipping to countries other than those specifically listed as being “friendly” (above) you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities, providing correct address information, and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods.

You are responsible for following our updates and tracking your shipment. If you do not contact us within 6 months of our update announcing that reward fulfillment has been completed, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received.
