PLEDGE MANAGER
After the campaign ends we will send you an email with an invite to the Hive Pledge Manager. This email will go to the email you have linked to your Kickstarter account. It is your responsibility to check your inbox, including spam folders. If you do not see an invitation you may login to your Hive Pledge Manager account after the PM is open to submit the information. As a last resort you will be able to reach out to our support through the Hive pledge manager once it is set up.
It is extremely important to fill in the information in time. Without this information we will be unable to ship your pledge. If you do not complete the survey in time you may miss the mass shipping process and have to pay extra to receive your pledge. Further, we cannot guarantee that all items you have pledged will be available after this process.
If two months pass after campaign fulfillment is complete in 2025, and you have not been in communication with us to explain your situation, you forfeit your pledge. We will do our best to resolve any outstanding cases but make no guarantee after this point.
DELIVERY ADDRESS & UNDELIVERED ITEMS
It is your responsibility to keep your address in the pledge manager updated. If you expect your address to change please provide a stable address such as that of a friend or relative. Please also provide us with an e-mail address that we can use to reliably communicate with you.
We can not be held responsible if you did not receive your pledge due to backer's fault (eg. you submitted an invalid mailing address, did not claim a delivered package in time and it was returned or stolen, etc.). However, in these special cases, we will do our best to find a solution for you to receive your pledge.
REFUNDS
During the Kickstarter campaign you may cancel your pledge at any time without cost. If the campaign is successful Kickstarter will charge your card for the full amount pledged. You will also need to pay the shipping costs (and VAT in EU/UK) in the Hive pledge manager after the campaign ends.
If project fulfillment hasn't yet started you may receive a refund of 90% of your total amount pledged. Once your package shipping process has started it is no longer possible to apply for a refund. If you did not complete your pledge manager and the project has fulfilled you forfeit your rights for a refund. All refunds will be sent via PayPal, so you will need to provide a valid PayPal account.
MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS
Manufacturing and shipping is complex and there is always a chance that errors will occur. For this reason make sure to open your pledge and confirm its contents as soon as you receive it. If there is a missing item or damage that will affect gameplay we will do our best to resolve it.
If you receive your pledge and find that there is an item missing or damaged, please open a ticket through the Hive Pledge Manager Customer Support system:
1. Login to your Hive Pledge Manager account (www.hiveinteractive.net) as a backer.
2. Click the “View Details” button on the relevant project
3. Scroll down until you see “Contact Support” in the Pledge Information column on the right.
4. Click the Contact Support button and open a New Support Ticket using the relevant drop down menus.
When filling out the form, make sure to include photos of what you received, including packaging. This may sound strange (especially for missing items), but it helps us determine where the error occurred. In some cases, we will need to file a claim with the courier company.
Please note, for minor issues not affecting gameplay we do not guarantee a replacement. Replacement supplies are limited and are reserved for gameplay-affecting issues. The game box is considered part of the game's protective packaging. If you receive your game with a game box that is dinged or dented and you feel you need a replacement box, we will do our best to help; however, we can not guarantee we will have a replacement box available and, if we do, you will have to pay the shipping cost.
REPLACEMENT DEADLINE
As long as you request the replacement within one month of the fulfillment completed we will ship the replacement at no cost to you. Each backer is entitled to one such free replacement, any further errors you find after this you will have to pay shipping for. One month after fulfillment completes we can no longer guarantee replacement items are available, and you will need to pay for shipping of the item.
BACKER RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to review and understand the Risks and Challenges of this Kickstarter campaign. It is your responsibility to check the Kickstarter campaign's updates and the private messages we send you. It is your responsibility to fill out the Hive Pledge Manager on time.
To meet these important timings DO NOT rely on getting notified by email. Emails can end up in spam, you may lose access to your email account or something else could go wrong. If you have an open ticket in the Hive Pledge manager you need to check its status to see if you need to take an action.
