By having pledged on kickstarter for the portance merinoTech Vest, you agreed that your contribution to the project is final and no refunds will be issued except at the creator's absolute discretion.

You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your rewards as entered into our pledge manager system, you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities (import duties may apply to all countries except European Union Countries for this project, as we are a German company shipping from our German warehouses).

You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. At the same time, you need to monitor the project's Kickstarter updates, and all emails concerning the delivery process. If failure to follow these procedures results to the package not being delivered, you will have to pay the shipping costs to be sent again.

Please also note that backers with failed Kickstarter payments will not be processed until open payment for the original pledge level has been collected via our pledge manager.
