DELIVERY
It’s up to you to make sure the delivery information you give us is accurate – and to ensure there is someone at your delivery address when your parcel arrives. It is your responsibility to monitor the project's Kickstarter updates and all relevant emails for information concerning the delivery process. If failure to follow these procedures results in the package not being delivered, you may have to pay additional delivery costs to resend your order.

DISCLAIMER
All elements shown on the project page are subject to change. The final design, content, and materials may be altered during and after this campaign to enhance gameplay and/or meet manufacturing constraints.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Within 14 days of the pledge payment date, your order can be cancelled for a full refund.
- 14 days after the pledge payment date and only before fulfillment has begun, your order can be canceled for a partial refund (total pledge amount minus a 20% cancellation fee).
- Cancellations can only be processed before fulfillment begins on 30th September 2026. After this time, your order can no longer be cancelled and the return policy then applies.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request and will issued to your original payment method.
RETURN POLICY
- Unused and unopened copies of the game may be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Returns are subject to a 20% administrative fee, which will be subtracted from the total refundable amount.
- Collected delivery charges (shipping, duties, and taxes) are non-refundable and excluded from the total refundable amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it arrives in new condition.
- Returns cannot be made in store. Kindly note we do not cover the cost of return postage.
- Tier rewards/add-ons are made-to-order and non-refundable, except when cancelled before fulfilment as per our cancellation policy.
- For tier packages, only the base game is eligible for return and the refund will be calculated on the base game price minus the 20% administrative fee.
- If a parcel is confirmed undelivered, we will resend the goods at our own cost.
DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS
- Get in touch with customer service via the pledge manager.
- If a parcel is confirmed undelivered, we will resend the goods at our own cost.
- If the items you received were damaged or defective, please contact us with a description and images of your game within 7 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

PRIVACY
By entering your information, you give us the right to collect your personal data (your name, shipping address, email address and phone number) and transfer it to selected logistics partners, with the sole purpose of shipping you your order.

IMPORTANT NOTES
If you fail to provide us with your shipping information or to pay for delivery charges by the deadline specified in the pledge manager, you understand that your order dispatch may be delayed and incur additional delivery charges. If we are unable to arrange fulfillment, your order may be cancelled.
