## The Poly Card Deck – Hive Pledge Manager
**Last updated: October 2, 2026**
### 1. Seller Information
The project creator and seller responsible for the rewards offered through The Poly Card Deck campaign is:
**Business name:** Maybe Good
**Address:** Prestmark 7, 24960 Glücksburg, Germany
**Email:** [hello@maybe-good.com](mailto:hello@maybe-good.com)
In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maybe Good. “You” and “your” refer to the backer or customer.
### 2. Scope and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the confirmation and administration of rewards, the purchase of optional add-ons, the collection of additional payments where applicable, and the fulfilment of orders associated with The Poly Card Deck (“TPCD”) through the Hive Pledge Manager.
They supplement the terms applicable to the original crowdfunding campaign. In the event of a conflict, mandatory applicable law takes precedence. The terms of the original campaign continue to apply to the extent that they are consistent with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
Hive is a third-party pledge management platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract concerning the rewards and their fulfilment is between you and Maybe Good.
### 3. Pledges and Reward Selection
Your original pledge and the reward level selected during the crowdfunding campaign determine the rewards to which you are entitled, subject to the applicable campaign terms.
The Hive Pledge Manager may allow you to:
* Confirm your reward selection and quantities.
* Provide or update your shipping address.
* Purchase optional add-ons, where available.
* Review and pay applicable additional shipping charges, taxes or other disclosed amounts.
Please carefully review your order summary before completing checkout. The final order confirmation will specify the rewards, quantities, add-ons and charges included in your order.
Optional add-ons are not included in your original pledge unless expressly stated. They become part of your order when validly selected and confirmed.
### 4. Payments and Pricing
Your original crowdfunding pledge, any additional payments and any optional add-on purchases will be handled according to the applicable campaign terms and the information displayed during checkout.
Any additional amounts due must be disclosed before you complete the relevant payment.
Prices, shipping charges and applicable taxes will be displayed in the currency and at the amounts specified in the checkout process. Any applicable tax treatment will be determined in accordance with the relevant laws and the fulfilment arrangement.
Payments are processed through the payment methods and providers made available by the platform. Their applicable payment terms may also apply.
We will not charge for optional products that you have not selected or otherwise validly authorised.
### 5. Shipping and Fulfilment
TPCD rewards may be shipped by fulfilment and logistics partners acting on our behalf.
Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, the selected rewards and the fulfilment arrangements available for the order.
Rewards will be shipped to the delivery address confirmed in the Pledge Manager. Please ensure that the address is complete and accurate.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may arise from production, fulfilment operations, customs procedures, carrier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will provide relevant updates when material delays become known and communicate significant changes to the expected fulfilment schedule where reasonably possible.
Tracking information will be provided where available for the selected shipping method.
Where mandatory law establishes a specific delivery deadline or remedy for delayed delivery, those requirements apply.
### 6. Address Changes and Undeliverable Shipments
Please contact us promptly at [hello@maybe-good.com](mailto:hello@maybe-good.com) if your shipping address needs to be corrected.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed for fulfilment or handed over to a shipping carrier.
If a shipment is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the parcel or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, we will assess the circumstances and contact you where reasonably possible.
Where a reshipment is appropriate, any additional shipping charges will be communicated before the reshipment is arranged.
We will not impose additional charges where doing so would conflict with applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in this section removes any statutory rights relating to delivery, withdrawal or refunds.
### 7. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Local Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
The applicable fulfilment and tax arrangements may differ by destination. The checkout information and any specific shipping terms provided for your order determine which charges are included and which may be payable separately.
Where import duties, taxes or fees are payable by the recipient, they remain the recipient’s responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We will not represent a shipment as tax-inclusive or duty-paid unless the relevant arrangement supports that representation.
Customs procedures may cause delays outside our direct control. We will assist with reasonable fulfilment enquiries where appropriate, but cannot guarantee the processing time of customs authorities.
### 8. Product Information and Project Changes
The Poly Card Deck is a physical card and tabletop game system developed through crowdfunding.
Product descriptions, card counts, components, packaging and other essential product characteristics will be described in the applicable campaign materials and order information.
Minor changes to artwork, colours, layout, packaging or manufacturing details may be made where reasonably necessary for production, provided that they do not materially reduce the agreed characteristics or functionality of the rewards.
Any material change affecting the promised rewards will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section permits us to supply goods that fail to conform to the contract or to exclude any mandatory product safety, conformity or consumer rights.
### 9. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation and refund treatment of an original crowdfunding pledge depends on the applicable campaign terms, the nature and status of the transaction, and mandatory applicable law.
Additional purchases made through the Pledge Manager may constitute separate or additional consumer contracts. Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, those rights will be respected.
For qualifying distance contracts with consumers, statutory withdrawal rights may include a 14-day withdrawal period. The applicable starting date, exceptions, refund obligations and return-cost rules depend on the relevant contract and law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may exercise it by sending an unambiguous statement to:
**Email:** [hello@maybe-good.com](mailto:hello@maybe-good.com)
Please identify the relevant order so that we can process your request. This contact method does not replace any legally required online withdrawal function that may apply to the checkout process.
Where a withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory deadline and in accordance with the relevant refund rules.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, or a material delay or other issue gives rise to a statutory cancellation or refund right, we will comply with the applicable legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, limits or waives mandatory consumer rights.
### 10. Defective, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains missing components, or does not match your confirmed order, please contact [hello@maybe-good.com](mailto:hello@maybe-good.com).
Please include your order reference, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs of the packaging or affected items.
We will investigate the issue and work with our fulfilment partners where necessary to determine an appropriate resolution.
Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, termination of the contract or a refund.
Nothing in this section makes the provision of photographs or other evidence a condition for exercising a statutory right where such a condition is not legally permitted.
### 11. Fulfilment Partners and Responsibility
We may use third-party fulfilment centres, warehouses, payment providers and shipping carriers to process and deliver rewards.
These providers may process relevant order information as necessary to perform their services.
The use of third-party providers does not, by itself, transfer our contractual obligations to you or limit any rights you may have against us under applicable law.
Questions about the rewards, order contents, delivery problems or statutory consumer rights should be directed to Maybe Good at [hello@maybe-good.com](mailto:hello@maybe-good.com).
### 12. Privacy and Personal Data
We process personal data as necessary to administer pledges, confirm orders, process payments where applicable, arrange fulfilment, deliver rewards, respond to enquiries and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the order and fulfilment arrangements, relevant data may include your name, email address, shipping address, order details and communications concerning your order.
We may share the information necessary for these purposes with Hive and relevant service providers, including payment processors, fulfilment partners and shipping carriers.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or as required by law, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Further information about the controller, legal bases for processing, recipients, international transfers, retention periods and your data protection rights will be provided in our separate Privacy Policy.
**Privacy Policy:** A separate Privacy Policy must be published and made accessible before this section is relied upon as the complete privacy information for the project.
### 13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, these Terms and Conditions do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any other limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
### 14. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws applicable to the relevant transaction.
Where German law applies, German law governs the contractual relationship, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
A choice of law does not deprive consumers of protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply to their contract.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts the right of a consumer to bring proceedings before a court where that right is provided by applicable law.
