By submitting your Pledge Manager details you are stating that you understand all the below information and agree to our terms and conditions. Such terms are in addition to those agreed to on both the Kickstarter and Hive Interactive platforms.

Creator Responsibility.
As creators, it is our responsibility to ship your rewards to you in as timely a manner as possible.
As creators, we will issue updates via Kickstarter to keep backers informed of the project’s status, at intervals marking major progress. We will disclose any setbacks, delays and any other pertinent news.

Backer Responsibility.
As a backer, it is your responsibility to check and read project updates. If you fail to stay updated and do not complete your Pledge Manager by Friday 14th March 2025, you could forfeit your rewards.
As a backer, you are responsible for completing your Pledge Manager details correctly and paying shipping fees within a timely manner to receive your rewards.

Refunds or Exchanges.
We have a no refunds or exchanges policy. The only time we will issue a replacement is if your pledge arrives damaged. If you believe your pledge was damaged in transit, please reach out to us immediately and attach photos of the damaged product.

Forfeiture of Rewards.
If your Pledge Manager details are not completed, and your shipping costs not paid by the completion date of Friday 14th March 2025, you will forfeit your pledge and rewards.

Lost or never received packages.
We will make every attempt to get your package from our facility to the delivery address you have provided. If you have not received your package by the completion of the shipping process (of which you will be informed via a Kickstarter update), you will have a reasonable period of time to contact us about a missing package. If you do not contact us within that period of time about a lost or never received package, and allow us an opportunity to redress the situation, you will forfeit your rewards. This time may vary depending upon the delivery location but a 'reasonable' time period would constitute 8 weeks from notice of despatch.

Manufacturing.
Please note that minor changes to the product from those shown on the Kickstarter campaign page may occur during production. The images presented on the Kickstarter campaign page are mock-up designs for reference only.

VAT & Duty.
Although every measure has been made to include the relevant tax and duties for your region within the Pledge Manager shipping costs, some regions fall beyond our control (those outside the ‘Customs Friendly’ zones as shown on the Kickstarter campaign page). Backers outside these custom friendly regions are themselves liable for such charges.
