By confirming your pledge in this pledge manager, you agree to the following:

1. Fulfillment & Shipping
• All rewards will be shipped directly from China using our fulfillment partner.
• Estimated delivery timeframes are subject to manufacturing, freight, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
• Shipping costs are charged separately and calculated based on your location and pledge level.

2. VAT & Import Taxes
• VAT is not collected through Kickstarter or Hive.
We are registered for VAT in the EU and UK, and will ship your pledge using our own IOSS (EU) and UK VAT registration numbers.
• This means that VAT has been prepaid and declared at the point of sale, and no additional VAT or customs fees should be charged upon delivery for backers in the EU or UK, provided:
• The total value of your shipment is below €150 (EU) or £135 (UK).
• You provide accurate shipping information during checkout.
• If VAT or customs fees are mistakenly charged by your local courier or customs authority, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

3. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
• If your reward is damaged or missing, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
• We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information or failure to collect.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout.
• Any costs associated with failed delivery due to incorrect address or failure to collect may be your responsibility.
