In the truest sense of the word, this Indie game has been brought to fruit, to this point, by one person (concept, art, design, balancing game mechanics, lore, and production) over the last five years. Role of Fate's innovative game structure brings the community together for an experience unlike any other TCG/TTRPG on the market. Players' actions can affect the direction of the lore and how The Weaver (the omniscient/omnipotent central neural hub for all creation in the game) responds within the Official Campaign and PvC events. A distinctive element that sets Role of Fate apart from other games is the variety of modes in which the game can be played. Fusing traditional TCG and TTRPG, Role of Fate offers competitive 4v4 Player versus Player, Player versus Environment, and the novel approach of Player vs. Creator.
