By confirming your pledge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

UNUSED FUNDS -
Any unused funds will be considered as a donation to the project upon submitting.

SHIPPING -
Different parts of your order may ship at different times ("shipping waves") and from different warehouses depending on where your shipping address is located.
Backers are responsible for any customs fees or duty where applicable.
You understand that due to the global logistics involved in shipping, some regions may receive their rewards sooner than others.

BACKER RESPONSIBILITIES -
Backers are responsible for submitting their correct address information, and keeping that information up-to-date if it changes. If a backer's rewards need to be reshipped due to incorrect address information, the backer may incur the cost of reshipping the rewards.
After the 8 weeks has passed, any unconfirmed pledges will be considered abandoned and the submitted funds considered a donation to the project. Abandoned pledges may still be shipped after this 8 week period based on availability. There may be additional shipping costs depending on the shipping address and stage of fulfillment.

BOX DAMAGE -
Worldwide logistics are complicated, and occasionally, game boxes may suffer dents or scratches during shipping. For environmental and cost reasons, Elzra cannot offer replacements for damaged boxes. In extreme cases, Elzra may offer replacements or a pledge rebate, at our discretion.

WARRANTY -
Elzra will make our best effort to replace damaged or missing components, at our cost. This is subject to availability and shipping location. We do not cover normal wear and tear. In some rare cases, we may ask for the customer to incur part of the shipping cost.
While we always declare replacements as warranty components with low value, some countries (particularly EU countries) may charge additional import fees. Due to complexity and cost, we cannot reasonably offer to cover these fees.
