Dead Alive Games has over 8 years of experience bring games from concept to manufacturing to worldwide distribution. We are confident in our process and our partners in manufacturing and fulfillment, but delays can and do happen due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ve done our best to minimize these risks as much as possible, and we are always happy to refund pledges if for some totally unforeseen reason the game can’t be delivered at all.

During this process we will be transparent and communicate progress regularly. If anything unexpected occurs or we fall behind for any reason, you will be informed.

SHIPPING & VAT/TAXES
Shipping and VAT were not charged during the Kickstarter campaign and will be charged in this pledge manager.

WHAY ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS THE WAY THEY ARE?
Backers in some regions, especially South and Central America, may experience high shipping fees that reflect the actual cost of shipping to these areas in excess of 50 USD; also be aware that you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, and that we must comply with international law and cannot mark your reward as a gift or declare that it has a value of zero. Please be aware of this before backing the project.

We are not able to ship to Non-EU Europe (unless otherwise noted), Africa, North Korea, India, or the Middle East at the time of this campaign.

REFUND POLICY
We can refund your pledge amount, minus Kickstarter and credit card fees, up until we start the fulfillment process. Once we have begun the fulfillment process, no refunds are possible.
