1. Damaged Games. If your game arrives in a damaged state, Dangerous Games will send replacement parts at no cost to you. We will ask for a photo of the damage. Please keep in mind, depending on the location of the backer, the shipping cost may be quite high, so use your best judgement before making such a request.

2. Incorrect Addresses. Backers are responsible for entering their correct address in the pledge manager. If you enter an incorrect address and the game cannot be delivered to you, Dangerous Games can re-send your game to a corrected address, but you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs for the second attempt. Please double check your address is correct!

3. Refunds. Once the pledge manager closes, Dangerous Games will not refund your pledge.

4. US Tariffs. In order to apply the most up-to-date tariff values on US-bound games, the pledge manager will be re-opened for US backers before the shipping date (approximately end of June). At that point they will be prompted to pay for the tariffs. Backers who do not pay the tariffs will not receive their games.
