This is our 8th crowdfunding project, and we know what we’re doing. Production of the game will be handled by an experienced printing team, so the quality of components is guaranteed top-notch. In addition, we have vast experience in international shipping, and have full confidence in our shipping partners. The only risk factor is a delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

We all know what happened to the world in the past few years, so it’s important to remember that all kinds of troubles, however unlikely, are possible. Printing delays, logistics issues, and delays in delivery are all concerns that we have no control over.

However, we’re always prepared for the unexpected. So, if something does go sideways, you can rest assured that we can handle it. Long story short, you have our word that we’ll do everything we can to ensure that the game will arrive on time and meet your highest expectations.

The game's design, content, and layout may be altered during and after this campaign to enhance gameplay and/or meet manufacturing constraints. OUR PRINCIPLE

We keep our word. Most of all, we value our reputation and our history of impeccable implementation of our projects. Our previous crowdfunding projects (from Deep State: New World Order to En Route) were successful and have proved that we always deliver top quality products and live up to our promises.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Through the pledge manager period, we offer a 90% no-questions-asked refund (we have to keep 10% to cover payment processing charges and various fees). Note that we’re using PayPal for refunds, and the PayPal transaction fee will be subtracted from the refund as well.

Once we begin packaging your pledge for shipment, no refunds or cancellations are possible.

REPLACEMENTS

If there’s something wrong with your game upon arrival (the box is dented, components are missing or broken, other manufacturing defect), our customer service team will find the best solution to send you replacements and set things right.

Generally, we provide free replacements and deliver them at our expense. Please keep in mind that sometimes it takes up to a few months before the replacements arrive (depending on the region and circumstances).

We do not provide replacements in case of theft or loss.

IMPORTANT! Sending replacements for limited or exclusive components may become impossible a few months after delivery is completed (or may require some additional fees for shipping later), as these components are printed in limited quantity. Please do not postpone checking your game upon arrival.

PRIVACY PROTECTION

By backing this campaign, you give us the right to collect your personal data (your full name, shipping address, email address and phone number) and transfer it to selected logistics partners, with the sole purpose of shipping you your rewards. Apart from that, we’ll never share your data with anyone and will not use it for any other purpose.

You also give us the right to keep this information indefinitely. Some backers contact us months or even years after fulfillment, and we need the information to solve any future issues. All information is stored securely. Access is limited to our employees who are directly involved in working on getting the games from the warehouse to your doorstep.

By backing this campaign, you agree that you are responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All pledges without rewards will be treated as donations after the pledge manager deadline.

If you fail to provide us with your shipping information by the deadline specified in Kickstarter updates, or if you don’t fully pay for your pledge, shipping, and VAT (if applicable), you agree that your pledge will be treated as a donation to CrowD Games, and we have fulfilled our obligations to you.

But even in these unpleasant circumstances, we will do our best to ship you the games even after the delivery starts, if possible. But in this case, the shipping cost can be much higher than expected.
