Thank you for supporting Alien Frenzy! By pledging through Kickstarter or using Hive Interactive for late pledges or shipping, you agree to the following terms:

Pledge Management
• We use Hive Interactive to collect shipping fees, add-ons, and late pledges.
• You must complete the pledge manager by the deadline to guarantee receiving your rewards.
• Uncompleted surveys or unpaid shipping may result in the loss of your pledge without a refund.

Shipping
• Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order.
• Shipping estimates may change due to production or logistical delays.

Address Info
• You can update your shipping address via Hive until the lock-in date.
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

Delays & Risks
• Delays may happen due to manufacturing, shipping, or global events.
• We’ll provide regular updates and do our best to fulfil all pledges promptly.

Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds are available before the pledge manager is locked, minus processing fees.
• After that point, all pledges are final.

Missing or Damaged Items
• If your reward arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@cometsquid.com.
• We’ll assess and resolve issues on a case-by-case basis.

Backer Responsibility
• You must provide accurate information and communicate respectfully.
• We reserve the right to cancel pledges in cases of abuse or fraud.
