1. General

By completing your order through the pledge manager, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This pledge manager is an extension of the Unlikely Minds Kickstarter campaign by Bacon Board Games LLC.

2. Nature of Your Pledge

Your pledge is a pre-order for the final product and associated rewards.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to meet our projected delivery schedule, delays can occur, and backers acknowledge this as part of crowdfunding projects.

3. Payment

All pledge and add-on payments made through the pledge manager are final.

Payments are processed in U.S. dollars.


4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and collected separately in the pledge manager.

Backers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes in certain regions or to countries restricted by U.S. export laws.

Backers are responsible for any customs duties, or import taxes required by their country.

VAT is calculated and collected separately in the pledge manager.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested before the pledge manager closes. After that, all sales are final.

Refunds (if granted) will be processed minus any payment processing fees.

If a pledge is not completed in the pledge manager (e.g., shipping not paid), we may be unable to fulfill your order and no refund will be issued.

6. Risk & Liability

By pledging, you acknowledge that this is a crowdfunding project and carries inherent risks.

Bacon Board Games LLC is committed to producing and delivering the product as described, but exact components, artwork, and specifications may vary in the final version.

In the event we are unable to deliver the game due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation, and issue a refund if not possible to resolve.

7. Communication

Updates will be provided through Kickstarter updates, pledge manager emails, and official community channels.

It is your responsibility to stay informed and provide us with current contact information.
